Marchetti Plumbing

I woke up at 6:00 this morning to no running water in my home. After several calls to everyone I could think a close friend said let me call my buddy Randy Marchetti for you… within 10 minutes Randy called me and said he had a crew working near my home and would pull two guys from the job and send them right over to help me. Mike & Chris arrived shortly thereafter… extremely kind and professional… after testing the breaker which kept tripping and testing power at the switch they went outside and discovered that it was worst case scenario… my well pump had to be replaced. They explained to me that With the well being over 200 ft deep that I would need another company to do the job because it couldn’t be done manually… They were sooo knowledgeable in explaining everything to me… I asked if they mind I call my friend and let them explain everything to him…. At this point We’re all brain storming on speaker call trying to figure out what to do… The friend who called Marchetti for me calls Another friend of his… another extraordinary plumber in the area I believe name Beishline… beishkine was another huge blessing! Although he was not able to get here today he said Marchetti plumbing was welcome to use his equipment to get water running in my home today…who does that??!!! I mean these people are all absolute angels from heaven… Mike & Chris leave & go to get the equipment and three men return in two Marchetti vans to replace the pump… I can only say it felt like the cavalry arrived… next thing I know a little while later I go outside to see how things are going and Mike and Chris are at the well and the other gentleman is way down the yard and they are all pulling and pulling and pulling they explain to me that equipment was too large and wouldn’t fit so they couldn’t use it and were pulling it out manually after all …. I couldn’t believe my eyes… I was so utterly blown away and overwhelmed with gratitude… Absolutely positively angels sent from God… no other way to describe it… I mean they totally could have said I’m sorry there’s. Nothing more we can do… They refused to give up… they were sooo kind and sooo decent and so determined to help me… Mike said I made the call to do it manually … there’s no way we’re leaving you without water today… they worked soooo hard to get that pump out of the ground… literally salt of the earth people… couldn’t ask for better… Given the circumstances and the way my day started it was truly the best experience and outcome I could have wished for… I am beyond grateful to have had their fast response, expertise determination and compassionate hearts bless my life today. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!

Randy was absolutely incredible! He called me back on a holiday, shortly after I called for emergency service. Our heat and hot water went out overnight and it was 18 degrees outside so the house was getting cold pretty quickly. Randy wasted no time and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad part, tightened up some other loose things that were leaking a tiny bit of gas. On top of all of this, he was incredibly friendly, informative, and just a down to earth guy. He saved us a LOT of money- some other local companies quoted us triple the price. I will be using Marchetti plumbing/heating for all future maintenance and needs!

Very quick and knows what theyre talking about. After a week of failed attempts to get someone to fix my furnace in the winter Marchettis came as soon as they could fixed the solution and left everything better than what they walked into. I really appreciate the work and time spent in ensuring our problem was fixed.
