All of the employees at Marshall's plumbing are very professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff was efficient and clearly understood my plumbing issue. They send several reminders of your appointment and arrive right on time. After my job was completed a day or so later, I found another small issue and Jason himself came out on a Saturday to fix the problem. Their service is excellent and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Super prompt and got back to me right away to schedule. Very personable and explained what my problem was and how he was going to fix it. I even had him listen to my pipes from my toilet and sink just to ensure it sounded normal - I didn’t want a future problem if those pipes were moving or smacking into each other as they are in the ceiling.

I have been using Marshall's Plumbing for years. Jason and his staff have excellent technical expertise, are always easy to reach, reliable, and great communicators. Most recently I thought my outside spigot needed replacement before a big storm came through with freezing temperatures. Jason sent out Ed in a timely fashion, who determined my spigot was good but my clothing washer connections were very bad, unbeknownst to me! Ed also replaced my main water shut off valve that had frozen. What a relief to be able to easily turn off the water to the house in the event of an emergency. My hands are arthritic and the lever is so easy to maneuver. Thanks Marshall's!!!!

First time using Marshall's Plumbing. Glad I did. Needed a new hot water heater. Over the phone they were extremely helpful. Worked with my schedule to get things done ASAP. The two guys who came to the house were very nice. They did a great job and were done quickly. What more could I ask for. Thanks.

Marshall's plumbing did an excellent job on unfreezing ...at the water meter inside the crawlspace...our frozen pipes in my brother s mobile home. They replaced the insulated and electric-heated water line to the house. I would highly recommend them. Very good in emergencies. The men were very professional and pleasant!

We called Jason on wednesday to replace our thermal expansion tank on our water heater. They offered to be here next day, we did have to opt for friday. Jason was on time, friendly, and was no BS. He came in, fixed the problem, all while being professional. 10/5 stars exceptional, a breathe of fresh air after using Landis. As well, the secretary who took our appointment was also very clear and concise, and was very up front with timing and pricing, I really appreciate that transparency.

We LOVE Marshall’s!! We found them over 8 years ago when we moved to Quakertown and have used them for both emergencies and plumbing projects. They are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly and their prices cannot be beat! I cannot recommend them enough!

Marshall’s Plumbing did a fantastic job at my home. My showerhead had been dripping for a long time and they quickly diagnosed that it needed a new cartridge. I also had a drip under my kitchen sink and ended up needing a new faucet, which they installed the same visit. The work was done professionally, everything works perfectly now, and they cleaned up before leaving. It’s so nice to find a company that is reliable and takes pride in their work.
