Master Plumbing responded to an emergency call on a non-functioning tankless water heater quickly. Kyle showed up and checked everything, fixed the problem and then called Tech support to make sure that he did everything possible - He Had!!! I have worked with Master Plumbing since I moved here in 2012 and they are the best.

I had a situation with a broken valve which had caused some flooding. Though they were very busy, they found a way to work me in and take care of my emergency. The work performed was professional and the plumber on site was skilled and courteous.

Kyle was amazing!!! He was very positive and hard working. He didn’t leave until everything worked perfect. He answered all my questions and was so thorough in explaining everything. I’m so grateful that we had him to help with our water heater. We will for sure be using Master Plumbing again!

Kyle did a great job! He arrived early for the job and was extremely gracious and professional. He installed a new hot water heater. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He brought the system up to code, and installed a new lever where the previous one was corroded. I was surprised how quickly he got the work done. I have used master plumbing before and I will use them again! Extremely satisfied with the work they do. I give them my highest recommendation!
