Phil repaired the faucets in both our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, worked on the drain pipes, and made sure everything was fully up to code. Phil was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. He explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and double-checked that everything was functioning perfectly before wrapping up. I was Referred to McHales Threw another plumber. What I thought was going to be a small unclogging of a drain turned into undoing the front lawn and replacing a pipe. The gentleman are clean, smart well mannered and did an extraordinary job. If you want good work at a fair price this is the company for you.

We used McHales to help with upgrading our electrical system to code and to 200 amps and to help us reroute our sump pump discharge. The plumbers and electricians did a great job coordinating the project and installing the new equipment. Thanks to Al, Sylvester, will, Owen and Anthony. Huge plumbing project. Main water line collapse in country clubber. So happy we chose McHales, Crew start time was 8:00 am. Each day crew was at my home by 7:40. They were friendly ,conscientious and very knowledge of the Levittown home. Floors from kitchen to master bath were impacted. They did an excellent job and kept the mess contained to the tarped area only. We were extremely happy with the work done and the great people who worked to get our home functional again. Thank you, and we plan on referring who we can to McHales. Excellent job!

We called McHale’s at 9:00 a.m. on a bitterly cold weekday to report that our recently installed by them (9 months ago) HVAC system was on, running, but blowing cold air. At 9:30 a.m. we received the call that a technician was on the way. He spent two patients hours tracing the possible issues, persistently pursuing every cause. He quickly eliminated an issue with the outside heat pump, which was working fine. He also quickly eliminated a problem with the thermostat. That left the air handler and its intricate wiring. All of his knowledge and skill, as well as fascination with a good puzzle, resulted in him finally discovering a poor connection with old wiring, which he quickly fixed. By noon we had heat again, and a thorough explanation of how the system works. And because it was a new system which they installed, there was no charge. What we appreciate so much about McHale’s is not only prompt, efficient, professional service, but also the education we receive about how our home systems work. Thank you, McHale’s!

Excellent work converting our home from an oil boiler to heat pump & water heater! John and Vince were an amazing team that could not have been nicer or more professional. Vincent and John did an absolutely outstanding job replacing my 70-year-old diesel boiler with a brand-new system. My AC was not working and my landlord called McHales. He hey were able to come the next day. From the minute the appointment was booked, they were great with their communication. The company started off great by texting me a picture of the technician coming so I knew whom to expect. Then the company and technician, Joe, were keeping me updated on his arrival time.
