McLoughlin is great - they are responsive when you call and promptly send over knowledgeable and professional experts. They've installed our AC system, serviced our boiler & heating. We've been pleased every time.
Heater went down with the storm on 1/25. Rob came out today very professional and personable got to the problem called and got the part was as excited to get this fixed as I was. Great experience thank you to Tom, Rob, and the whole McLoughlin staff for the wonderful service they provide.
Had to schedule a kitchen drain replacement after a DIY faucet replacement went awry a few weeks ago. Ted was able to replace an old, corroded sink drain in minutes. He was understanding and worked with me on pricing, and offered some guidance on best practices for other plumbing questions around the house.
