McMackin Mechanical

I hired McMackin Mechanical to install a brand new HVAC system switching from oil to propane. I did my homework and received several quotes from various companies in my area. McMackin had competitive prices, which was important, but the main reason I decided to go with them was due to the professional customer service provided by Anthony from the very beginning. He clearly communicated what he recommended and answered all my questions. He taught me a lot through the process and was very patient. He brought a team of 'experienced' technicians to my house to make sure the job could be done as stated because it was a bit complicated. They had very good references online, and after having their technicians working at my house over the course of four days, I can honestly say I felt confident with everyone's knowledge. Besides all this, they worked hand in hand with GasTech, the 'gas' company I hired to install the underground propane tank, and they coordinated everything seamlessly. They also explained they would complete all the warranties for me on all the equipment so that I did not have to complete the paperwork. Throughout the entire experience, Anthony stayed on top of the job. He was not just a salesman selling me the job, he was a project manager that stayed on top of everything and I truly appreciated his support. I would HIGHLY recommend McMackin Mechanical for anyone in need of such technical work.

Brad came, gave an estimate same day I called and fixed our issue (non emergency) a couple of days later. We had an outside faucet / hose line that was corroded and needed replacing. Will use their services again!

Very complex project that will marry an existing HVAC system and heating system with an old system. McMackin has found may cleaver ways to make the project a great success. Very responsive regarding schedules, which is very important.
