They even called the local borough on our behalf to ask them to come service the part that they were responsible for. They came as soon as possible and kept me updated on their arrival time. Everyone was very friendly. The company was very communicative and informative. I think the cost was a bit high but I've never had any sewer work done so I'm not sure. It was actually the lowest estimate I received so I guess it was reasonable.

Had a clog in my sewer drain. "Stuff" was backing up and coming out onto the floor. I'm a general contractor by trade, so I have a lot experience with dealing with plumbers. It was very easy setting up a visit for them send a guy out. He showed up within 45 minutes, and cleared the clog in about an hour. He was very professional and problem solved my issue quickly. I would hire them again.

Excellent communication every step in the process. Approximate 200 foot sewer line needed work to pass a dye test for our Township. McVay worked with our Sewer Line Insurance company to ensure that Insurance paid their part and we paid only what the policy stated was our part of the work. McVay did a wonderful job, including backfilling the work done in our yard to complete the job. From the various specialized workers and teams, to the office staff and supervisor, all treated us with respect and explained every step along the way. McVey should be everyone's go to company for all their sewer, plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Give them a call in the future, you will not be disappointed. We plan on using McVay for all our needs that their company offers, no need to call anyone else!

Wonderful, wonderful experience choosing McVay for our whole home sewer line replacement! From the no hassle, no.pressure free estimate to installation and clean up, every crew member treated our home as if it were their own! We especially liked how we were kept in the loop the whole time from text messages telling us which technician was coming and when to dealing with the friendly crew. The project manager, Mike, always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and why. McVay was recommended to us by family and friends and we whole heartedly recommend them too! I would give a ten star review if I could. Having the basement dug up to replace the entire underground drain pipes was a nightmare I dreaded. McVay made it easy for me. Luigi is the best. He had the best diagnosis of the underground piping system among three bidders, and put forward an excellent plan with a reasonable price. Tracy communicated well about the scheduling. I cannot thank Lee and his crew more for their outstanding craftsmanship and hard work. They were professional and friendly, addressing customer’s concerns willingly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Luigi (yes that is his real name) was wonderful. Fixed my sewer pipe blockage quickly and as cleanly as humanly possible considering the issue. Fair and honest pricing, and he identified multiple breakages in the old terra-cotta pipe. When the time comes to fix those breakages, I will be using Mister Sewer again. Update: Dre and Sean were wonderful! Timely, professional, clean and friendly. They got my entire sewer system replaced in just over 2 days. Highly recommend working with Mister Sewer. No hidden fees, no surprises, just good honest work!!
