Michael Burke Plumbing was great to work with for our first two jobs. He’s a local business, and we were glad to give him the business. The second job we called for, was 2 running toilets. Make it his team came out and fix the issue, but it turns out that were not fixed correctly. They did work for a short time and when we returned from a getaway, we had found out they were running again and had ran for two weeks straight. When I called back to have Mike and his team come back out to re-fix the problem, we made an appointment for the following day. No one showed up for that appointment, it was for a Thursday. I called at the end of the day on Thursday, On Friday, Saturday, and Monday leaving messages with the answering service. None of my calls were ever returned. Not only was I charged for a service that didn’t fix the problem, but then had to pay another plumber to fix it again, When they should have come out and fixed it a second time for free considering they never really fixed it the first. We will not be using Mike Burke when they should have come out and fix it a second time for free considering they never really fixed at the first. We will not be using Mike Burke Plumbing again.

Mike Burke Plumbing installed a new boiler for us. Later had them add a boiler mate for hot water. When our pressure tank failed recently, he promptly came to replace that. We can’t say enough about their quality of work and professionalism.

Mike has done more Commercial jobs for Our (Business) than i could Count. I Personally was involved in one way or another. Residential Needs , Mike Informed You 1st, then Performed w/ Utmost Courtesy, Timeliness.
