Review by Mrs. P Lebo: I encountered issues with the kitchen sink not draining and needed to fix it quickly. We called Mike Leonard plumbing and Gail answered. She was very polite and set up an appointment for the technician Steve to come out the very next morning. I thought that was exceptional since it was the holidays and things are usually busier. Steve did a throughout check of all the pipes/sinks and ensured that everything was okay. He was very professional and I could tell that he cared greatly. I highly recommend Mike Leonard plumbing and would return to them if I have any future plumbing needs!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received today from Mike Leonard’s Plumbing! Brandon and Henry were courteous and communicative about what they were doing and were prompt and professional. Their prices are very fair. They replaced our 20 year old water heater and two toilets. I highly recommend Brandon and Henry!

Fantastic service! Our water heater was leaking. We had several estimates and determined others weren't what we needed. During my husband's first call, Gail quickly assisted my husband in getting in touch with Mike for an estimate and to schedule the appointment. We made contact 11/20/25. The estimate was approved (very reasonable cost) and Steve and Mike were here promptly right before 10 a.m. today (11/21/25) to install our new water heater. Very nice and personable employees. Clean up to perfection. We would highly recommend their services. The process from beginning to end was professional.

When they say, “How can we make your day better?”—they really mean it. Had a water issue in our garage—possible burst pipe in the freezing cold. Everyone we talked to and interacted with was so courteous and professional. Randy braved the frigid temps to troubleshoot the issue on-site. He was awesome! Thankfully it was a simple fix. (But nobody made me feel stupid for not figuring it out on my own.). So thankful for this company and the way they do business!

Nice work on several projects. Our bathroom plumbing comes up through the floor, and when installing the new vanity, Steve did a great job carefully cutting the openings (as you can see in the picture) so everything looks nicely finished.

As always a great experience. Have used Leonard’s plumbing on many occasions and they always send courteous and skilled servicemen that get the job done. Randy Keck arrived first and quickly diagnosed the problem with our well pump and the very next day Michael O’Hara and Anthony Dasent got to work early and placed a new well pump. Water pressure was back to normal by noon. Thank you for always being reliable. These guys are 5 star!

We had a plumbing emergency today and they fit us in today. This is the second time that we had Steve T come to our home. The first time for a new water heater and today for this plumbing issue in our utility room. Once again, Steve did a great job and was in and out in a very timely manner. We had a leak in our sink faucet, and Mike Leonard's Plumbing was able to get us on the schedule the same day. Randy was the technician and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
