Once again, problem drain and Miller's responded quickly and professionally. Really appreciate the technical advice for keeping everything draining properly. Very personable and a quick turnaround in service. If you want a seasoned professional to help with drain problems, don't hesitate to call Miller's. I've been using them since the ,1980s.
The gentleman who came to service my floor drain was friendly and competent. He explained that my pipe was corroded and suggested tips for preventing future backups. He took extra time to unclog the drain and made sure everything was in order before leaving. He even provided a replacement cover as mine was broken. Great service.
5 stars. They were late getting there and I was a bit disappointed about that but the service and professionalism made up for that. If they running late don't worry they will show up. Highly recommend
