The install was handled with care for the home while all questions and interactions with install personnel were commendable. Miller and Son's did not disappoint! Their technician Erik showed up on time, 2as friendly, knowledgeable and able to test our incoming water, processed soft water and our RO drinking water. He was able to confirm our soft water system and RO filters were working correctly and give us peace of mind in our systems. No upsell, no pushy sales (our system is older and not installed by M&S). We would definitely recommend their service to our friends and family. 10/10! (Also worth mentioning that the name match to ours is a coincidence lol)

Matt and John came by to service my water system after the first year of use. These guys were fantastic and very thorough in showing me how to maintain parts of the system myself on an annual basis. We are very happy with our water treatment system and recommend Miller & Sons for anyone who needs water treatment services.

John showed up just on time within the two hour window. It was nice not having to wait till the end of that two hours to get service. He was thorough and totally professional in his approach to the job. He was meticulous in his work as well as when he left you never would’ve known he was there. I highly recommend Millers. They are the only company that I would deal with for a water issue. If you haven’t tried them, you can’t go wrong.

While I personally was not home for the UV light install, my father in law was. He said Matt and Seth were very friendly, professional and did exceptional work. Next we will be installing a new well pump and pressure tank and I look forward to having them do the job. Excellent experience all around from beginning to end with Miller & Sons!

Miller and son were great to deal with. From setting up an appointment, to coming to our home and discussing putting in a new system, to the installation. Everyone was very nice and explained things to us as they went. Great job by all. Highly recommend them.

Dan and Jon were awesome!! Dan has been working with me from the beginning of replacing ALL of my water treatment equipment. He is professional, knowledgeable and just fantastic at what he does. Jon was great also. Great people !! Highly recommend.
