I waited patiently as an 80 year old in need of a plumber and 5 days later my appt was this afternoon between 3 -4 and i cancelled a hospital treatment snd instead of calling me earlier on Tuesday they wait till 4:30 to say sorry we cant make it! Well i have a business also and would never do such a thing to a client who is patiently waiting! MODERN PLUMBING IS NOTTTTT RELIABLE! Call someone else people! I got NO SERVICE! They only care about themselves! And they were recommended to me and I will never recommend them to any of my clients ever!

With a recommendation from friend I recently contacted Modern Plumbing for a water pressure issue in my home. I knew the culprit was likely the pressure valve on the main line. I called Modern and they offered to have someone come the same day, but since i was not able to be home that day they offered an appointment at a convenient time for me the next day. The tech, I believe it was Travis, arrived promptly, he was polite and professional and he confirmed my suspicions. He had the part on his truck and was able to replace the part and adjust my water pressure to a comfortable level Everything was completed in about an hour. He took care of another small issue why he was here as well. I was very happy with the whole process and the price was about what I had expected for this job.

I would recommend this company to anyone. A few years ago, they put a hot water heater in our basement and it has been working great! Today, we had a plumber come out to replace some water valves in our basement and replace the faucet in our bathtub. Travis arrived promptly and on time, he was very communicative and explained everything that he was doing. He confirmed the hardware he was putting in before installing it, and was a pleasant and respectful person. We will be using Modern Plumbing in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
