Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Sewer & Drain

Carlos was great! I have an old home (built in 1908) & he added a shut off valve for my gas range at a very reasonable price. He also caught that I had a loose vent on my water heater & he fixed it free-of-charge. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench & I plan on using them on all future plumbing projects! :)

We Love Monkey Wrench Jerry and Tony came and replaced the main drain in our house and they did awesome work. I would post a photo but am technically challenged lol but it looks great. They came out to repair the sewer line for my neighbor to discover it’s a joint line and connects to mine. They came over and asked if they could cut out a section of my driveway to access the line I said that was fine then the plumber assured me they would fix the spot they cut out and it would look fantastic better then before. We exchanged contact info and he would let me know when they would be out to do it. They came out fixed it and then left it for a little to make sure they addressed the matter. Week later they came out and finally fixed the driveway. Or so I thought a week passed and it started to rain after two hours I go out to find that the slab they laid was now sinking 2 inches and had a massive hole under it making it useless. It appears they just put dirt back in the hole but didn’t pack it so when it got wet it washed out and sunk down. That section of the drive way is useless and it is where I usually park. I text the plumber that set it up all with pictures of what it looked like and he told me he would send his guys out asap to address the matter I let a week pass and texted him checking to see when they picked a date. I was ignored it’s now been another week with no response. I’m writing this review to warn others of what kinda of work they do and promises they will make to you and not uphold.
