I’m not sure if this company just replaces equipment? We called because our pilot light wouldn’t stay on in our water heater. The gentlemen who came out didn’t even touch our water heater…he said “it needs to be replaced.” My husband told him that he had looked up that it could be the thermocouple and he said well “if I touch it, it will cost you $190.” Well, it was the thermocouple which is $10! So just a word of caution if you think something is broken and can be easily fixed call a handyman not this place.

Carlos was incredibly professional, kind, and upfront and honest. He completed the work on the same day and showed me his work, explaining what had been done and what would be done next. These guys are great! Very reasonable pricing, great service, and equipment. My technician Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He visited my pool house intending to clear out a clogged drainpipe. As it turned out, there was a bigger problem. He came up with a plan quickly and scheduled it for the next day. After the new install, we tested it together and it works perfectly. Thank you all for the help. You will be added to our contractor list.
