When working with Moon Mechanical Services LLC, you get what you pay for. They are cheaper than some other contractors, but we have had constant quality issues on everything. Cracked drip pans with silicone, plumbing leaks (on brand new remodeling jobs), poor HVAC duct install -- you name it! They also don't respond to voicemails when you call about all their install issues and never follow-up. Very disappointed and won't be working with them again.

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. We had a small issue with the hot water heater supply a few days after they were finished and Sean responded within minutes and Paul was there within 2 hrs (on the weekend) to take care of the issue. Great service and very knowledgeable. They are my go to HVAC company!

Needed to have my humidifier replaced and the guys…Sean and Paul were great at coming out, making recommendations and following through with ordering and installing at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

I've had the need to replace 1 of our 3 HVAC units at our business and Moon Mechanical gave us the best quote. But, that's not why I'm giving them a 5 Star Review. It's because the after-sales-service is the most important. Sean Moon and his team are always there when we need them. I don't know all the team, however, Paul and Josh have provided excellent service whenever we needed any our units serviced or repaired. I switched the service contract of my home HVAC to Moon Mechanical, as well. They may not be the biggest, but they are the most personal and caring HVAC company I've ever worked with. Moon is the company I trust for honest reliable work.
