When working with Moon Mechanical Services LLC, you get what you pay for. They are cheaper than some other contractors, but we have had constant quality issues on everything. Cracked drip pans with silicone, plumbing leaks (on brand new remodeling jobs), poor HVAC duct install -- you name it! They also don't respond to voicemails when you call about all their install issues and never follow-up. Very disappointed and won't be working with them again.
Moon Mechanical Services LLC does an excellent job! They do wonderful work and keep our business running smoothly.
They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. We had a small issue with the hot water heater supply a few days after they were finished and Sean responded within minutes and Paul was there within 2 hrs (on the weekend) to take care of the issue. Great service and very knowledgeable. They are my go to HVAC company!
