I found Mountain Home Services on Maps because my water heater went out Saturday and I called them on Sunday and they came on Monday at 8 AM that’s fast. Our service guy and the service he gave us was exceptional and was very friendly and professional in his installation of our water heater. Job well done thank you. I will recommend your service and use your service again.
Mason T. Was awesome in checking in on our (older) furnace. He did an extremely good job at explaining certain aspects of the furnace, as well as updating me throughout the process of its cleaning. Very impressed. Will 100% request him again.
My A/C went out on a 100-degree day. The team at Mountain Home Services was fantastic all around, but especially Carson—the sales rep/estimator for the purchase of my new unit—and Jake—the installation technician. Daniel—who initially came out to diagnose my issue—was also amazing. This crew was phenomenal and had my 20-year old furnace and A/C units taken out and replaced with top-of-the-line equipment in under 24 hours. A great company with great employees! I’ve used their services multiple times and will continue to use them in the future.
