I’ve been a Mountain Vista Plumbing customer for 4 years, and in an industry where it’s easy to feel misled, hearing from someone who has stayed with the same company long-term matters. We started small with simple maintenance bc I wanted to test their consistency. Over time, that trust grew and it carried us into the bigger, pricier jobs, including the latest nightmare: a sewer line repair! By the end, it wasn't a nightmare. We were grateful and hugged these dudes! Its been 4 weeks and 0 issues! Nick and James are the real deal. Authentic, personable and genuinely easy to be yourself around. There’s no sales pitch, no pressure, no “gotcha” moments. They explain what’s happening, show you the problem, lay out your options and treat you like a good person, not a transaction. You can tell these are people who take pride in their work and in how they show up. That’s why we stay loyal. That’s why we refer them. That’s why I’m writing this. Plumbing issues are stressful enough, but having a trustworthy team in your corner gives you real peace of mind. Sure, good work costs money, but it’s fair cost, honest and you know exactly what you’re paying for. We highly recommend Mountian Vista Plumbing. You can't go wrong with Mountain Vista! Great service and communication. My hot water heater was in bad shape as hadn't been using the garage to notice it and it was over 20 years old. They got my hot water heater replaced with a new one and now it's running like a champ  Fantastic service and broke down the process as well!

I was very pleased with the service I received!! They came exactly when expected, sent a text notifying me when they were on their way. The serviceman was professional and friendly. There were no additional charges nor did he try to sell me anything extra. I am definitely keeping their info and will be using them again if I ever need any plumbing repairs. He even cleaned the area he was working in and gave me a discount, so the price I was quoted was more than what I paid!!

I had a great experience with Mt. Vista Plumbing. I found them on the app Thumbtack. They have fair competitive pricing, always responded immediate, and they were friendly. I was able to get scheduled right away. I received pictures of the before and after of the project. I had my tankless water heater flushed and a whole home water softener and filtration system installed. I highly recommend them!
