Had a grease blockage, Mike and Dante cleared it up really quick. They were easy to work with and answered any questions I had. Really good customer service. I had same day service when I called at 4pm for a backed up toilet due to the grease. Price was in the right ball park for going rate if you waived having a warranty. Depending on the work you get done, the warranty might not be worth it and you can save about 25% of cost with that taken off.

We had great service from both representatives from Mr. Rooter. Mike Stiles, the first, went through our system and explained what was needed. The second individual, Kevin Brackett, was equally professional. I would certainly have either -- or both -- service our septic system again. Give them both a bonus!

The service was great! Mike and John were great technicians! Both were friendly and knowledgeable. They descaled the pipes which seems to have worked. The price for the descaling treatment was higher than expected. They came out to do a video inspection but John indicated that we would not see anything via the video so they didn't. I wish I would have known this before they came out since that's the primary reason I asked them to come out. He gave us the price for the descaling on the spot and, at the time, I didn't think to compare with prices from other companies. When I did, I found lower prices and they refunded a portion of the difference.
