Adam was great from the time he got there till he was done. He came within 2 hours to cap the water heater so we atleast had water till the morning. He came back first thing in the morning exactly at the time he said. Would definitely recommend.

We had a major backup into our basement and called Mr. Rooter. A wonderful man, named Evan Stewart, came to our home to help us with our problem. We can't say enough good things about him. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time, and went over and beyond to help us in every way. He did a really great job! We also want to acknowledge his co-worker Brad, who came to help locate the problem and finish the job. He was also very knowledgeable, and friendly, and did great work! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. Sincerely, Linda and Tim Hoban

I have never met a more qualified, personable, friendly and expedient plumber than Jason. He came in to give me a free estimate. He just happened to have a water heater with him and performed the task expeditiously, all with a smile and in a timely manner. He was alone and I just could not believe that he could do this job all by himself. He did an excellent job, all by himself! Great job Jason. I highly recommend Jason who represents Mr. Rooter Plumbing to a tee!!

The guy was great. Knowledgeable and professional while being easy to talk to. I needed a unique water heater that another company said they couldn't get. Mr. Rooter not only found it but installed it the same day. I did think the price was slightly high but I can't complain with it being a special case and same day installation

Fixed the clog in the main sewer line, however, the plumber had to remove a toilet to perform the $1200 hydroscrub. The plumber called me and said it would be an additional $350 to reattach the toilet, so I opted to do it myself. When I got to the property the toilet had leaked water all over the laminate flooring. Honestly, if you’re going to charge $1200 for a 45 min job, you should reinstall the toilet for free. You had to remove it to perform the work, the reinstall should be included. Just ridiculous! They also wouldn’t provide an estimate for the job over the phone, and charge a $100 fee for coming so if you decline the work due to the outrageous cost, you lose $100. Just felt like some scam artists to me. If it wasn’t a rental property that I needed the issue resolved immediately, I would’ve told the plumber to kick rocks. I would not recommend.

Such an unexpectedly pleasant experience. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues but it turned out to be an honest, friendly encounter with a knowledgeable man who made it easy. He took great care to clean up any mess created even though I told him I would take care of it. He explained future options for what I can do to help my old plumbing before I had more issues. I was stressed about the appointment but he truly made me feel more confident and I won’t hesitate to call again with any other issues.

To try and give me a $3500 estimate for a simple water heater was just horrible and a rip off! I had it installed with another company for the same exact work and evrrything you were going to do for over $2000 less. The tevhnicians were very nice, professional and only chsrged what the owner of the company charges, which is not their fault. And I was not told when I called about a $120 service fee up front to do nothing. I should have been told and I could have said yes or no. To try and finnesse a customer the way Roto Rooter did was awful, and I will never call this company ever again or refer you, and let everyone know as well. Victoria Harris

Pretty sure the technician was high on something, talking a million miles per minute. Told him when you flush toilet it fills tub so he flushes my toilet and fills tub with shit. Left my bathroom a mess without doing anything productive after being at my home for almost two hours. If I could get my money back I would in a heartbeat, I wouldn’t use them again to fill my dogs water bowl
