We had a great experience with Ryan Francis. First off he was full of positive energy and you can tell that he really enjoys his job. He got straight to the point and gave us a price after he figured out exactly what needs done. He was honest, very professional and super cool! Our sinks are no longer clogged and he even stayed a few minutes after fixing the problem to make sure we were happy with the results!!!!!! Now that’s the type of plumber you want doing the work for you and getting it done correctly. Thanks Ryan & Mr. Rooter!!!

Desmond was thorough, very friendly and professional! The job turned out to be bigger than I hoped it would, but Desmond explained everything he was doing and worked around our schedules to get the replacement done in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the service and would use this Mr. Rooter again

Adam arrived and found the problem within seconds. Left to get the parts he needed, returned and had my sink fixed within half an hour! Really nice guy! And he gave me a good deal. I am truly happy with the service I received today.

Within 5 minutes of sending an inquiry, I received a phone call to schedule an appointment. Within one hour, I had a technician at my house on the same day as calling. Chris did an amazing job and explained everything. I rather pay more for an amazing job than a decent one for a lower cost. Highly recommend their services.

I'm very impressed with Mr. Rooter. I was smelling a small amount of gas randomly throughout my kitchen area. The office answered my call and said they would put me on the schedule for the same day and someone would call later with a specific time. The office called back a few hours later and said a technician would be there within the hour. The technician they sent was named Ryan and he could not have been any better. Friendly from the moment I opened the door and informative throughout the process. He thoroughly tested the whole area for gas and finally determined the leak was coming from a connection point at the wall. He discussed all of my options and pricing before he did any of the work. In the end, he corrected the leak and gave me further quotes for work we may want to consider in the future. Ryan was not pushy in any way and I agreed with his recommendations during the repair. He also worked until very late in the evening to make sure it was done right. Much appreciated and I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

Adam was a great guy and great professional. He came to our house for one plumbing project that needed a timely fix and I wasn’t able to do it. While he was here I asked him about another minor project. We pointed out a 3rd project that would also solve my second problem. He fixed everything in a very timely fashion. Very personable and great to talk to. Highly recommend.
