I had Travis install a very difficult water heater that required removal of alot of old outdated pipes.he did an excellent job and remained courteous even when he was faced with verbal abuse do to my extreme lack of misunderstanding with regards to how plumbing works. I can not thank him enough for remaining calm finishing job and going above and beyond by not only taking unnecessary verbal abuse but then politely explaining in layman's terms how everything works. Travis definitely needs accolades for dealing with this extremely difficult in every way job. Beautiful end result and would highly recommend.

Travis from Mr. Rooters was an absolute pleasure to work with. The team was prompt, responsive, and very professional and courteous. Specifically toward Travis, he was knowledgeable, personable, and addressed our plumbing issue at the source/root cause. He ensured we were billed appropriately and had a customer first mentality. We had a clogged kitchen drain that we couldn’t unclog with our standard snake. Travis came on a Sunday and did exactly what was needed. He was professional, explained everything, gave us tips for preventative maintenance and took time to clean up the best he could. Would recommend and happy for Travis to do work for us again.

Travis, Brandon, and Ryan have all done work for me on separate occasions. Travis cleared a line that has caused significant flooding at my former home. He arrived quickly, even though it was after business hours, and was thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. At the same house, Brandon replaced an exterior spigot, replaced all the old pipes in the basement with PEX (completely solving the water pressure issue I’d had since moving in), and replaced the hot water heater as the old one had been installed incorrectly and had visible damage from leaking. He spent a day and a half solely focused on that mess and left the space neat and fully functional. Brandon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked very hard. Location change! My new home surprised me with a leaking shower valve. Ryan was able to come to fix the issue super quickly. He was friendly, didn’t mind my frustrated joking, and even went above and beyond to avoid scaring my cat (who chose to climb into the wall where he was working when he stepped away for a part). Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially if you’re a member. I recommend them for their quality of work and customer service regardless of cost. All of my interactions with them have been positive. Stop reading reviews and call them.

This was a hard one for me to have to call and get things completed as you know it can be costly with plumbing issues. Ryan Ott, the technician, was absolutely, friendly, clean, professional, quick to diagnose and fix the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right the first time. He cleaned up everything he did. Walked me through everything he was doing and explained it to me thoroughly before doing it. I had a blockage in a drainage pipe and part of the pipe had to be replaced. He snaked it 3 or 4 times to get all the gunk out. I felt extremely bad for him having to go underneath my mobile home in the dirt and cobwebs. He did it with no question and got everything all fixed up! Extremely grateful for same day service as well! The price was extremely reasonable for everything he completed today. I will definitely highly recommend Mr. ROOTER And Ryan Ott for all your plumbing needs. This customer is extremely satisfied with a job well done! 

Called them and Brandon came out in less than 20 minutes to assist my home. Very pleased with his service and knowledge. Excited to use our water with new water lines and the Halo system he installed in our home! This past Friday I had Brandon come to my home to install my front and back outdoor hose bib. As he was there he noticed my sump pump drain pipe was bowing and was able to install a new sump pump and drain pipe all in the same day! He also made sure I got my member price and military service discount. All I know is if it wasn’t for him one of these next few months I would have woken up to a flooded basement!

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Fast, efficient service. Definitely Reasonably priced. Brandon Higley was super nice, clean, polite and honest about the services and pricing before doing anything. I appreciate how much he explained and advised. He could not complete the service as it was a sewer issue that the landlord of my trailer park needs to take care of not an issue with my mobile home plumbing. He called my landlord with me and advised what the issue was so that he understood what was going on. I could not be happier with the professionalism and will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future. And will ask for Brandon to be my technician. 

After trying to contact several other plumbers, I was referred to Mr. Rooter by someone who lives close to their office. I only called once at about 10:30 am. By noon we received a call from them stating that they had a tech available. Brandon showed up promptly did his assessment very theraly. He explained each step as he went and once he found the solution he explained several ways of approach with quoted amounts for each he presented. We decided to go with the second option and to my surprise, Brandon was ready to get the job done right then and there. Simply amazing. Brand worked delegently and was conscious of cleaning as he went and although Brandon ran into a few challenges he got the job done that afternoon. I cannot express enough gratitude towards his work and his ability to explain each step in terms we could understand. Not only would I call Mr. Rooter again with any future plumbing needs, I would highly recommend that anyone considering Mr. Rooter to not hesitate and give them a call. I believe that you won't regret it.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing today. Brandon H. came out right away and took care of our main sewer line issue quickly. He was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft. It’s a relief to have everything flowing again—highly recommend asking for Brandon!
