Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Glenside

I posted on Facebook what repair I needed done. I got multiple hits, I had a few companies that wanted to way over charge me. Tyler from Mr rooter came to our home and walked me through everything that was to be done. made it simple to understand and took the best route to get the job done without causing additional work. The price was very fair and reasonable. I was sold on the 10yr warranty associated with there job. Mr rooter started the job a day earlier than scheduled and finished everything up in a few hrs. The work was inspected by the burrow and okayed to pass. Mr rooter company cleaned everything up and left a small footprint . Very professional and caring. Thank you!! I had Mr. Rooter come out to fix a fully clogged bathtub and deal with a damaged waste and overflow. Scheduling was easy and the technician arrived on time and explained the situation clearly. They cleared the blockage and replaced the overflow with a closed cover, and installed a stopper in the tub instead of a lever-style drain. The tub is draining properly now and everything was tested before they left. The visit took about an hour. Pricing was on the higher side, but the work was completed professionally and the system is working again, which I appreciate. Overall, a decent experience and I’d consider using them again if needed.

HIGHLY recommended. Upper Gwynedd Township sent us (and 40 other homes) notice we had to replace our 70 year old sewer pipe due to storm water intrusion. We talked to 4 companies, including one recommended... and these guys were the clear winners, with much more attractive pricing than the plumber we'd used for 25 years. Really nice guys, on-time, respectful, even threw the ball with our dog.

We have been using Mr. router for over six years now and while we always ask for Tyler, everyone is wonderful. They are on time, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

I set up an appointment for someone to come out and check a leak from a faucet. Tyler and Nick came and we hit some real problems with the water shutoff, they were both so nice and attentive until that was resolved that it made me more relaxed. Tyler ran into some other problems but was able to complete all the problems and the cost was very reasonable for the time and work done.

The guys at Mr. Rooter were phenomenal to work with! They were responsive, affordable, straightforward and honest. We had our underground sewer line replaced and they did a fabulous job. Neat, tidy, and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Curt and his team are great! I own several rental properties and haves used these guys a few time now have to say every time they have fast, friendly service. From a small repair to sewer line replacement they took care of me. I was hesitant using them, most franchises are overpriced but not Curt fair pricing to complement the great service. Happy I found them.

Absolutely no one wants their sewer to break. Least of all the day before vacation. But if it happens to you, I highly recommend giving Mr. Rooter a call. We found the issue early morning on a Monday and they answered my panicked 7am call that someone could be there by 8am. Nick showed up promptly and was clear with pricing and expectations. A snake and camera after removing the toilet showed the worst. Sewer line had broken off at the foundation. Nick apologetically gave us the news and let us know they could have a crew out on Wednesday. We were hesitant with vacation scheduled, but set up a code on the front door. Nick showed up with Tyler and Curt and they had the job done smoothly with no mess left behind. We got text updates on the job the whole time. They left the yard in good condition and we were so happy to come back home to a fully functional sewer. In addition to all the excellent service, we thought the pricing was very fair. We hope to never have sewer issues again, but if we do, Mr. Rooter will be top of the call list!!
