Mr. Rooter's plumbing technician Cameron replaced my 30-yr. old hot & cold shutoff valves (see Old photo) in my laundry room that would not shut off completely. The drywall had to be opened up to access more of the pipes to do the repair, & he was very conscientious & gentle about doing so. The end result is almost unnoticeable (see New photo), even though I should probably still have the wall patched afterwards, but at least I don't have a gaping hole until then. Cameron cleaned up the water, dust, debris, etc. from the process & left everything looking & working great! I will have Mr. Rooter back for any other plumbing projects, & I will certainly request Cameron F. if he's available.

Mario and his crew with Mr. Rooter replaced all of our sewer pipes beneath the house and out in the yard which connected to the city sewer. We contacted 8 plumbers/companies and Mr. Rooter was competitively priced but the key distinction was the upfront pricing, professionalism, and honesty we got from Mario and his team. They explained everything and provided options and feedback. The work was performed as described in the scope of work. There were no surprise costs. The team was respectful of the house and consistent with their scheduling. Replacing all the sewer pipes in a house and the pipe bursting process is stressful and requires knowledgeable professionals and that’s exactly what we got from Mr. Rooter. Cameron was informative and professional. Thorough and complete with his work with absolutely no hidden charges or price surprises. Even though the price was slightly higher than expected, Cameron's service made it easier to handle. Scheduled via their AI chatbot at 10:30 pm and a confirmation call at 7:30 am. Cameron was on site before 10. Completely done in an hour even with a trip for parts. It will be my honor to work with Mr Rooter again.

Mario and his crew were top notch!! They replaced an entire 70 year old drain system in my house within a week! I had full ceramic and Saltillo tile throughout the house and they did the least amount of demo they could to make the rebuild process go even smoother. Mario was extremely honest , professional and hardworking. I would’ve responded earlier but we had some losses in our family that needed my attention. With that being said, if you need help in an emergency or have a plumbing issue. These guys will definitely take care of it for you, so you can take care of your family. That is priceless! We’ve used Mr. Rooter for over 15 years and we wouldn’t call anyone else. They have fixed our clogs, installed new sewer and drain lines and solved all our plumbing issues. The team at Mr. Rooter is always responsive and professional. Recently during a plumbing inspection they discovered that our RO system was not installed correctly. Ken did an excellent job determining the problem and quickly developed a solution. He explained the problem clearly and presented a plan to get the water flowing. Cameron and Ken did a great job! I had a major leak from the street to my house. They had to dig through landscaping and cut concrete to replace the pipe. They were quick and did a wonderful job cleaning up!
