TL;DR: Fantastic experience, great company!! Will never use another plumber. Here's the backstory...We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to resolve a sewage backup in our basement. We had two different companies come out multiple times, and each time they assured us the blockage was cleared—only for the line to back up again a week later. It was a cycle of frustration and broken guarantees, and we were repeatedly told the issues were just flukes. After being quoted an outrageous $25,000 by a third company to dig up and replace our sewer line, we decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. That was the best decision we made. The owner, Tyler, and his lead plumber, Ryan, who has 11 years of experience---were professional, empathetic, and confident. They came out promptly and told us they would do a free inspection and that they wouldn't proceed with trying unless they were very confident they would be able to help... In just 45 minutes, they had the line cleared when three other companies told us we were basically a lost cause and that we would need to dig up our sewer lines. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. They truly know what they’re doing and saved us a huge headache.

I cannot say enough good things about Tyler and his team at Mr. Rooter. Tyler, who is also one of the owners, was brought in by us as a third-party professional to help oversee and evaluate a long-term sewer backup issue that the HOA was responsible for addressing. After receiving multiple subpar and conflicting recommendations from HOA-selected contractors — recommendations that led to repeated shutdowns so severe that all of our bathrooms became unusable — we needed an expert we could trust to help us truly understand what was going on. Tyler personally stepped in and went above and beyond. He worked alongside the situation not just as a contractor, but as an advocate for clarity and accuracy. Tyler and his team carefully identified the issues, thoroughly documented them, and clearly marked everything up so we could fully understand the scope, cause, and next steps. For the first time, we felt confident that we were being given honest, technically sound information instead of temporary or misdirected solutions. The full story is much deeper and longer than can be captured in a single review, but what Tyler ultimately provided us was peace of mind. His professionalism, transparency, and willingness to personally oversee the work made an incredibly stressful situation manageable. Knowing we had someone experienced and invested in getting the correct answers — not just the quickest fix — made all the difference. I highly recommend Tyler and his team at Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs knowledgeable, professional plumbing services, especially when dealing with complex or long-term issues. I will absolutely be using Tyler again in the future and can confidently say he will provide the same level of care, professionalism, and personal involvement when it truly matters. His personal touch last night was exactly what we needed — and it speaks volumes about the kind of service he provides.
