Here's the backstory...We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to resolve a sewage backup in our basement. We had two different companies come out multiple times, and each time they assured us the blockage was cleared—only for the line to back up again a week later. It was a cycle of frustration and broken guarantees, and we were repeatedly told the issues were just flukes. After being quoted an outrageous $25,000 by a third company to dig up and replace our sewer line, we decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. That was the best decision we made. The owner, Tyler, and his lead plumber, Ryan, who has 11 years of experience---were professional, empathetic, and confident. They came out promptly and told us they would do a free inspection and that they wouldn't proceed with trying unless they were very confident they would be able to help... In just 45 minutes, they had the line cleared when three other companies told us we were basically a lost cause and that we would need to dig up our sewer lines. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. They truly know what they’re doing and saved us a huge headache.

Tyler, who is also one of the owners, was brought in by us as a third-party professional to help oversee and evaluate a long-term sewer backup issue that the HOA was responsible for addressing. After receiving multiple subpar and conflicting recommendations from HOA-selected contractors — recommendations that led to repeated shutdowns so severe that all of our bathrooms became unusable — we needed an expert we could trust to help us truly understand what was going on. Nobody wants to deal with a toilet that won't flush or a garbage disposal that catches, especially on Thanksgiving, but that's exactly what happened to us. I found Mr. Rooter's contact info and their 24/7 availability and gave them a call. They sent two of their best and had the disposal fixed within a few minutes. Then they tackled the toilet. Ryan gave me several different options, patiently explained the pros and cons of each one, and once I had settled on the best option for us, he and Aeddin installed a new toilet. They were quick, efficient, professional, and left the bathroom spotless. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

I had a great experience with Mr Rooter. I had a huge leak and could not figure out where it was. Ryan was able to locate it and repair it quickly. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the repair was done right. Making sure he cleaned up after the job was completed. He left the area looking great and showed a high level of care and respect for my home. Excellent service from start to finish!

Great experience from the initial call to the service. Technician was professional and courteous. Rolled out a red mat at the door and put on booties before coming in. Explained everything and gave me great information and upfront pricing before doing any service. Can’t recommend them enough for all my future services
