Austin did a great job identifying a sewer smell we were having in the house, and he quickly put in a new drain valve that solved the problem! We had been trying to figure out where the smell was coming from for weeks, and he found it within minutes! He was very courteous and professional- I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter - from when I contacted them until the problem was fixed by Austin, it was amazingly fast!

David came out to my house yesterday to fix my water heater. It was a last minute fix, and appointments were filled so they were asking if I could make an appointment for the following day. I've got six children and a husband, and I was really hoping to get the problem fixed as soon as possible so everyone could have showers and be ready for the next day. David was willing to squeeze me in so that my family would have hot water this morning. I am so grateful and happy he came out when he did. David was professional, and so easy to talk to. He showed me how to light my pilot light and was very patient with my questions and learning curve. I am very pleased with my experience. I've called other plumbing providers in the past, but I always come back to Mr. Rooter plumbing. They have the best costumer service and their prices are the most reasonable I've found. Eric was a good technician. He explained everything to me as he was installing the toilet. There was some changes that had to be made and explained to me why and did a great job on the installation.
