David star came over to my house in less than 10 min. He was able to control the leak instantly and I had water again to my house. I’m so grateful I called Mr.Rooter Plumbing, and grateful they work 24/7 because I wouldn’t know what to do if I waited one more day!
We had a cracked water heater replaced, and upgraded our leaking water softener. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Tucker did an excellent job. He clearly explained our options, completed the work quickly, and left everything clean. Great service and quality workmanship — we’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
