Very pleased with Mr. Rooter of Yavapai and Coconino counties. We had a drain backing up regularly progressively getting worse over time. These guys were responsive, very professional, uniformed, clean, identified the problem, secured the parts, tools and resources necessary to complete the job and were finished within 24 hours of my first call. Dan, Mark, Chris, Aiden were all on site providing excellent service. Most especially Chris and Aiden went above and beyond expectations. Do not hesitate with this crew.

When Clinton arrives for our appointment, I told him that I wanted my manufacture home repiped,that if it carried water change it. He took measurements under home and inside in every room that used water.before he left he knew how many of tubing and fittings we would need. He also saw the need for water on our south side and two faucets no charge,financing was set up at a reasonable rate. Now for Chris and crew. Chris is a pro. And knows what he is doing, know matter how busy he was he stop and answer all our questions, very much appreciated. He worked the job so we have water by of end day, sometimes sooner. Both Chris and Clinton went over and beyond by going to every store in Payson looking for the parts need to finish install of vanity sink.much appreciated. I received every discount they could give me, wih good financial terms, I'm satisfied that I received good value for money spent and highly recommend this company.

All I can say is wow! What a great experience. I called Dewey plumbing for a water heater flush. Gary and Cole arrived ontime and were very pleasant. I love to learn how things work and Gary was immediately enthusiastic about teaching me about the water heater and what they were doing. I was so impressed with both Gary and Cole!!!! I asked many questions about the water heater and other issues including our Reverse Osmosis system. Thank you Gary and Cole!!!! Customer for life!

So, the 1st time James came out, the problem was that power had accidentally been cut to the septic system, and it became clogged. Turns out, my ststem has an aerator/agitator and a pump which all require electricity. Ok fine. James pumped the effluent tank (into my yard) and unclogged the pump/system, and it worked for about 2 days. I still think James was good, not a reflection on him, he did his best. But, turns out I have an "aerobic alternative" septic system (fyi I'm new to septic, as in just bought the house and it's my first) and even though Mr. Rooter installed the thing new in 2017 (at a price tag of nearly $60K as the install receipt was included in the home purchase) they really don't currently have anyone with experience working on these systems. Over the next couple weeks they had to send out several more techs, and even a "supervisor" to troubleshoot my system. I honestly got the feeling they'd never really worked on an alternative system much, and one of the techs flat out told me he "hated" these alternative systems and had no idea what he was doing! He said "I'm just going to try and figure it out because I'm the only tech available today" but of course he couldn't. But that didn't stop them from charging me!! Turns out after all the drama, and over $4 thousand dollars!!!!!, my pump/emitters were just gummed up- again (see below) and then the leach field just became saturated because I didn't know anything about these, and I exceeded the gallon/day flow capacity 2 days in a row (which i had to look up myself). Mr. Rooter nickle and dime'd me at every turn, even when they were just "trying to figure it out". What a waste of time and money. At one point they told me they'd have to dig up the whole thing and replace the lines/emitters bc they "might be clogged". They didn't even have the install schematics, despite them installing it just 7.5 years ago, because they "upgraded their computers" a few years ago. I found the schematics from the inspection report and gave to them myself! On the last day I asked what I needed to do to keep everything running smoothly going forward, and wasn't provided any real guidance. For example, I asked why the original install had a notation about "Chlorine tablets" and the supervisor actually said "yeah, sometimes people have to do that" seriously!?! I ended up having to research all this myself!! I found a label on a cylinder near the system and called the number on it, in Clearwater TX, and turns out it's an automatic Chlorine tablet feeder!! And the manufacturer told me it's "absolutely necessary" for my alternate system to function properly! No mention of this whatsoever from Mr. Rooter! In fact, that company told me Mr. Rooter wasn't even certified to work on alternate septic systems anymore!!! Would have been nice to know! To top it off, it takes a special Chlorine tablet I ended up having to order online (not the pool Chlorine tablets Lowe's tried to sell me) which took 3 weeks to arrive. Needless to say, since becoming a self-educated "expert" now on alternate systems, and putting in those special Chlorine tablets (and not overloading my system anymore) it's been working perfectly now. Just a terrible overall experience, and I feel like I was taken advantage of and mislead by Mr. Rooter, which was very costly in both my time and money. Maybe they do a good job on "normal" septic systems, but definitely don't use them for "aerobic alternate" septic systems, at least not until they get someone who's actually certified in working on them!! I hope this helps someone else avoid my mistakes. And, if anyone knows who I can/should call to service my aerobic alternative septic system in the future, please comment on this review!!!

I want to recognize the outstanding service we received from the technician Kyle who came out today. He was handling a warranty repair after a previous repair completed about a month ago did not fully resolve the issue. The water line behind our refrigerator had cracked and was leaking whenever guests tried to use the water dispenser from the front of the fridge. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and determined to make sure the problem was fixed correctly. He thoroughly inspected the previous work, explained what had gone wrong, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done properly this time. He took the time to answer questions, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. While the original repair was disappointing, this technician completely restored our confidence in Mr. Rooter. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. Thank you for the excellent service!

Branden was our tech and he was amazing! He showed up early to our appointment which was appreciated didn’t have to wait around for him. He gave us wonderful advice and went above and beyond checking everything for us. We just recently moved into our home, so it was nice having everything looked over. Kyle C. came out to do our yearly water pipe maintenance, and he did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain a lot of helpful information about our water heater and plumbing system in a way that was easy to understand. It’s always nice when a technician doesn’t just rush through the appointment but actually makes sure you understand what’s going on. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough.
