Solves difficult problems and doesn’t give up until he does! I live on the 4th floor of low income senior apartments. Suddenly I had no hot water. Management contacted MRC more than a week after I reported the problem- I still had no hot water and I don’t think management did anything to fix the problem until they contacted Brooks at MRC. Brooks wasted no time in diagnosing the problem. With about 65 rental units, the plumbing systems are complex. Other plumbers would have given up when no obvious problems could be found. Fortunately for all the elderly tenants that live here, Brooks didn’t give up. He continued to troubleshoot the problem until he discovered the problem. Within a day he had a new circulator pump installed. Most plumbers would just leave at that point, but Brooks didn’t! He came to my apartment and had me run hot water from all my faucets for me to verify that YES the no hot water problem was fixed! Had our management company contacted MRC sooner the tenants would have had their hot water restored much more quickly! THANK YOU BROOKS! GREAT JOB!

Even though the leaking pipe was in a very difficult spot, Brooks was able to come up with a solution that actually made our plumbing better then it had been. Very professional, we would definitely use him again.

Installed tankless water heater. First class work on-site. Only one service call since installation, but was handled promptly and professionally. Would absolutely recommend!!!
