Very honest and transparent about what he was doing, why, how much it would cost, and other possible options. MSL was incredible. We had a water pipe burst today, due to freezing temps, and they were able to come out within no time. Rob was awesome. Incredible nice guy and provided me with many good tips and info to take into consideration to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. After everything was fixed, he made sure that everything was back to normal and we had flowing water. Made us feel like we were more than just a paying customer. Even had a visit from Matt, due to some other circumstances not associated with the plumbing, and he was also awesome. I would highly recommend MSL Plumbing & Heating if you need anything done at your residence.
