I called them up late in the day for an emergency repair. Matt came out and stayed late making sure everything was fixed and working properly. Very honest and transparent about what he was doing, why, how much it would cost, and other possible options. From start to finish, he was honest, courteous, and very informative throughout the entire process of fixing the hot water pressure in my home. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and walked me through the steps he was taking to fix it, which really helped me understand what was going on. MSL was incredible. We had a water pipe burst today, due to freezing temps, and they were able to come out within no time. Rob was awesome. Incredible nice guy and provided me with many good tips and info to take into consideration to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. After everything was fixed, he made sure that everything was back to normal and we had flowing water. Made us feel like we were more than just a paying customer. Even had a visit from Matt, due to some other circumstances not associated with the plumbing, and he was also awesome. I would highly recommend MSL Plumbing & Heating if you need anything done at your residence.

MSL Plumbing fixed my main water line in my crawl space.My main water line pipe froze up and when it defrosted it started leaking. I called MSL at 8:00 am, my water was shut off at 9:00 am by Penn Estate Community Water, and my plumbing repair was done at 9:30 am...Rob was very quick and a really nice person. I 100 percent recommend MSL Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues.. Again,Thank you guys for the quick response..

Called as a first time customer in an emergency situation and they came right out to help. Matt was very knowledgeable, professional, and was not trying to over charge us for any services. I will be calling them for ALL of our plumbing needs. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing as well.

My water heater died out after a good run. I called MSL in the evening and they were able to schedule me in the next day, quicker than I ever expected. Matt came out and took a look at the setup I had and was able to improve the connections so I can run off either water heater isolated if ever needed in the future. He explained the process and the new setup thoroughly. Exceptional service for a fair price. MSL will be my first call for any water system and plumbing needs going forward.
