My hot water heater was leaking and I called my warranty company, HomeServe and they set me up with Murray Plumbing. Once I got the notifications who was coming, I looked them up (never heard of them) and looked at the reviews. Some reviews were not very nice. I messaged them and told them to cancel the service. Mrs. Murray called and asked why I cancelled it & asked if she should put it on hold. I told her yes. Later that afternoon, they called again. I declined the call and it went to voicemail. The message that was left, was not intended for me to hear but if that's how they treat people that they deal with, I wanted no part of their company (and yes, I still have the message). I didn't call them back, just had someone else come and do the job. Here we are 3 weeks later and she calls and asked if I want to schedule and I told her no to cancel the service. Within 5 minutes of talking with her, I had the warranty company calling me and explained that they told them, my hot water heater wasn't leaking it was my dehumidfier. I stopped her right there and told her they never stepped foot in my house. Wonder how many other people they are claiming work for that they didn't actually do the work? Reply to owner: NO technicians were in my home. The only contact I had was with the owner's wife via phone.

I had a sewer line collapse at my home. Murray pluming performed the repair. They came out did the assessment on a Thursday and came out on a Saturday to do work eventhough this was called in by a home warranty provider. The workers kept me informed and explained the job throughout the process. I was very pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend them.

Zac first off super polite and professional. He came into our townhouse after a long day of work (start time of 7am) our house is an hour away from the shop he came at 8pm for our issues! After 2 attempts from other shops/ people he finally solved our backed up sewage . Thank you tremendously to Zac and the Murray team for helping us out! I would recommend them to anyone in need

Never showed—never called. time range to come -never showed. Reached out to Home Serve to check status-said they’d come by certain time-never showed. Called again and stated they’d call —never did. Three strikes and they’re out. Really? Their lack of communication is a reflection of their lack of professionalism. Cancelled and requested another company who responded immediately.

Excellent service! They replaced my hot water heater and removed the old one in about an hour and a half. The guys were great. Very polite and professional! They also cleaned up the area after they completed their work and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Whatever you do, please don’t hire Murray’s Plumbing. My Home Warranty company sent this company to my home because my water heater was leaking. While the warranty company agreed to replace the heater and pay for installation, Murrays provided a list of things they needed to do to bring the heater up to code. A few of these items included a Drain Pan for $130 that Home Depot and Lowe’s sells for $25, also an Electric Union that they were charging me $120 and the item is $4.95 at Lowe’s. Really? They wanted me to pay a total of $935 outside of the covered installation for things that were way overpriced. They are seriously trying to rip off people who don’t do their research. I called several certified plumbers to get pricing for the installation and bringing the heater up to code. The highest price I received was $650 which was entirely covered by my warranty company. I guess that wasn’t good enough for them so they tried to upsell me extra items for close to $1,000. I’ve notified my warranty company about this scam. I hope someone looks into them ripping off customers.

The two gentlemen who came to service our toilet were two of the most personable, professional and competent technicians that I have ever experienced. We were their last stop at 6:30 at night after working all day. They analyzed the problem instantly, proceeded to take care of it and make some great suggestions on how to remedy future such problems. Highly recommend
