We had Ocar from my plumber upgraded our old shower,from the new shut off valve,new controls in shower.new garbage disposal.instal a new faucet . Installed our new glass shower door. He cleaned up after. Price very reasonable. I would recommend and will use again.

I really didn't want to call a plumber at first...BUT, now I have a plumber, MyPlumber. They did an impeccable job and worked with me with at a family friendly price. MyPlumber is amazing!!! Very polite, informative and very experienced. I have them on lock on my phone and truly believe MyPlumber is better than yours (they actually have that on their van and they should because it is a true statement)...thank you MyPlumber for the great service.

I do not recommend this company and would advise others not to use their services. During the initial visit, the heating elements were never tested, yet I was informed that my water heater required full replacement. It was later determined that the issue was only a faulty heating element, not a failed water heater. Additionally, the managers and staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed little consideration or respect for me as a customer. This experience was extremely disappointing and could have resulted in unnecessary and costly replacement. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion and avoid using this company.

I had a great experience with My Plumber Plumbing Services LLC. They installed my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. My Plumber was recommended to us from a coworker. We initially were just trying to fix our water heater (it was old, unserviced, and not giving us hot water). John came out in the time frame they gave us, took a look and gave us some options. We ended up just getting a whole new tankless water heater to replace ours. John installed our new water heater to perfection. He was respectful, knowledgeable and took his time to make sure it was installed correctly (our pipes were dated as well, and he installed new ones). It looks great, works great and we’re very happy with My Plumber and their service. We will use them going forward with the water heater maintenance. Honorable mention to Pamela in the front office, who was pleasant and easy to talk to.

Professional, very clean, kind and replaced tankless water heater the correct way. Applied my veteran status to the bill also very amazing of them. The tech and the business manager were awesome 10 out of 10!!!
