I’m very grateful for the service provided. My water heater stop working and NB Plumbing took care of the issue. In my case they have to order the parts thru manufacturer. Once received was installed fixing the problem right away. They worked and kept the area cleaned, they were also explaining what the issue was and what they repaired. Thanks!!!

Professional, fair process, easy to work with, and they show up when they say they will! We had an old pipe fail, and they uncovered the problem quickly and repaired it in the most cost effective way possible. Great communication and their team is kind and respectful. The plumbers and office staff did an excellent job. I had a very tricky water heater installation, and Richard had to be incredibly creative to make it fit the space. He was extremely competent, explained each challenge clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way. He and his technician left everything clean and organized — I truly appreciated their professionalism. I’m very grateful. Let me also say, Destiny kept us all on the same page and answered all my (sometimes random!) questions. She’s the one who keeps it all running smoothly.

I was fortunate to discover NB Plumbing through my homeowners warranty. Now whether my expense is covered or not and NB Plumbing can do the service that's who I count on. Darren is very friendly, professional knows what he is doing and takes time to let me know whats is going on as he goes through the process. I highly recommend them for fixing toilets, water heaters, leaks and if pipes need to be in put in etc...

I had a great experience with NB plumbing, they came out quickly, found the leak and fixed it professionally. Richard was very knowledgeable & respectful and he explained everything before he started working. The pricing wasn’t bad either and he cleaned the whole work area thoroughly when he finished.
