Antonio & Layne came out to check our plumbing today, and did a great job. They were on of 3 Neering crews that camouflage today. We also saw Mark for our Electric & Jim came out for our Furnace. Neering is an honest, transparent company interested in taking care of you, not in selling you a service. I highly recommend them Edit.... Both Tony & Layne came back out today to fix our sewer line. They installed clean outs & cleaned everything up like they hadn't even been working in our yard. Again, I highly recommend these guys.

Tony and Layne at Neering Plumbing are an excellent team. They are solid problem solvers, great communicators.and top notch project managers. The skill set they have mastered is mighty impressive. They worked very well with the city counterparts. We enjoyed working with them on a surprise very-expensive repair job.

They may be good, I didn't use them. Needed a boiler repair and was quoted $2200 plus $1700 to add fernox, a chemical to protect the boiler. Went through a local small business and paid $450. If you value your hard earned money, I would avoid these guys. By the way, it was replacing a corroded pipe, not a huge repair.

Buyer beware! Neerings tried to charge me $2K to fix my furnace in the middle of the winter. After I complained, they dropped the price to $1500 in minutes. I called another highly reputable HVAC company and not only did they waive the diagnostic fee, they only charged me $800 to repair what Neerings started at $2K plus a $177 fee. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before calling this company.

I had a great experience with the plumber but once I got the quote + quotes from many other plumbers I realized the price gouging going on. They quoted $19K in work for my new home inspection while 2 other companies simply outlined up to $3K - $5K in work needed. Make sure you get comp quotes before you hire these guys.

Had a pretty crappy experience With Neerings. Ultimately the tech that came to maintenance My AC told me to buy different filters and gave me the size to buy. So I did and they are not the right size by a good 4 inches and there is no way to return them at this point as they were purchased on Amazon for his suggestion. I talked with someone who basically said I was SOL and that he couldn’t do anything to help me and now I am stuck with $100 worth of filters I cannot use. I will not be a return customer. I would also suggest that your “techs” not give out advice on something they know nothing about. Like furnace filter sizes, who knows what else they don’t know.

I want to give a huge shout-out to technician Josh!! He located the root cause of an ongoing issue with our AC unit not cooling our house that another agent could not figure out. Josh spent the time to make sure that the unit was working accurately as possible for what he had to deal with. Finally a cool night sleep on these warmer days.
