We had a new tankless water heater installed to replace an old water heater. We also had three new toilets installed. Hyrum and the crew arrived on time and worked hard all day. They kept me informed on their progress throughout. They did a great job! I would definitely use them again! On another occasion we had a sudden sewer drain pipe leak. I called Trent and he had Hyrum here within an hour. Hyrum diagnosed the problem. He replaced a long cracked pipe and other degraded pipes to prevent future problems. He noticed a very small leak nearby and fixed that as well. He also installed an access panel to cover the hole in the ceiling so we didn't need to patch the drywall ourselves. I really appreciate their fast response, attention to detail, and providing solutions that make things easier for us. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Neon Plumbing, and Trent who was sent out, was as professional as it gets. He was at my place within 24 hours of my placing the non-emergency call to get a look at a minor leak in my crying, and called to see if they could come early (so awesome). Trent was super courteous and clean, ranging from wearing the shoe-covering booties on his shoes at all times in my house to catching any mess on cloth that he setup. He was very kind and helpful. We had a shower valve leaking and causing a huge mess. Trent was able to come out the next day and get us a qoute for the repairs as well as some other crucial plumbing devices (shutoff valve, PRV and expansion tank) our severely outdated plumbing system was in desperate need of.
