Can't say enough positive things about New Era Plumbing. On time, called to confirm their arrival and super professional. They took plenty of time to correctly identify the problem and offered reasonable, cost effective options for repair. From start to finish it was nice to work with New Era Plumbing and we wouldn't hesitate to have them work on plumbing in our home again. This time they replaced a faulty outdoor water shuttle off valve and located a leaking pipe that was covered in concrete.

We had a gas fire pit issue and New Era responded so quickly. Got a guy out here same day even when it wasn't an emergency. They treated us like we were top priority. Eric came, did a great job and was very friendly, professional and quick he stayed to finish the job on a Friday evening and you can tell he loves working for a company that treats him well. The owner is very easy to work with and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
