Can't say enough positive things about New Era Plumbing. On time, called to confirm their arrival and super professional. They took plenty of time to correctly identify the problem and offered reasonable, cost effective options for repair. From start to finish it was nice to work with New Era Plumbing and we wouldn't hesitate to have them work on plumbing in our home again. This time they replaced a faulty outdoor water shuttle off valve and located a leaking pipe that was covered in concrete.

We had a gas fire pit issue and New Era responded so quickly. Got a guy out here same day even when it wasn't an emergency. They treated us like we were top priority. Eric came, did a great job and was very friendly, professional and quick he stayed to finish the job on a Friday evening and you can tell he loves working for a company that treats him well. The owner is very easy to work with and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

they fixed our major plumbing issues (replacing the entire sewer line) in a solid 3 days and kept us in the loop about the situation the whole time. super cool owners and a really nice crew, they really are looking out for customers best interests :) the bathroom was completely torn up during the process but when they finished the project, it was like they were never there! genuinely so glad that we called them and not another company, i would 1000% call them up again if i ever need help and 10/10 recommend them!

I highly recommend New Era Plumbling. They’re kind, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Our poor water heater died over the weekend and Josh is the one who came out and got us all set up with a bigger and better water heater, he even kindly cleaned up all around the washroom equipment, which we are so thankful for. We recently discovered a water leak in our house and called New Era Plumbing after luckily finding them online. Louie immediately answered the phone on Sunday afternoon and arrived just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leaks and offered several possible solutions. To prevent future issues, we decided to have our whole house re-piped with PEX through the attic. The price was significantly lower than competitors, so we feel like we received excellent value. The entire job was completed in two days, less than a week later. We couldn't believe it! Josh and Louie endured high temperatures working in the attic during the March heat wave, dedicated to getting our house back in order as soon as possible. The workmanship was top notch. Louie was a real calming presence during an extremely stressful time for our family. You couldn't meet a nicer or more trustworthy person. I would not hesitate one minute to hire New Era Plumbing again. I highly recommend Louie & Josh.

Josh and Louie with New Era Plumbing absolutely saved the day after my house flooded. I originally had another company come out to jet wash the pipes and was told everything was cleared, but unfortunately the line to the main house was still clogged. Josh and Louie came out, took their time, properly inspected everything, and helped identify multiple issues that were missed — including the line still not being cleared and a belly in the street that involved the city. They were extremely patient with me while I was in a full panic dealing with the flood, water damage, and the stress of everything going on. They explained things clearly, reassured me, and gave me the confidence that I finally had the right people helping me. On top of that, they saved me around $8,000 in unnecessary costs. That alone says a lot about their honesty and integrity. After feeling taken advantage of by the previous company, Josh and Louie were a breath of fresh air. They were professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and truly cared about helping me. You can tell these are good-hearted, Christ-like people. They even had Bible verses on their shirts, and honestly, their actions matched that. They showed up with integrity, compassion, and expertise when I needed it most.
