Phil, the master Plumber was great. I called them at 9:30 in the morning. They came to the house within an hour to assess everything and then The installation was great no surprises. I get text messages when they’re coming when they’re when they’re here when They’re coming or on their way I would Use them for all my plumbing needs in the future job well done

Needed a simple flex line replacement and install. Must have called 5 other plumbers and these guys were over $100 cheaper than the rest. They came out the same day and were very thorough with checking their work twice over to ensure the job was done correctly. Very respectful and cordial. Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience with NexGen was excellent. We had two leaks, one in an upstairs shower and toilet as well as our kitchen sink pipes. Our water bill had become drastically impacted so this was an emergency. We contact Matt Houser of NexGen He was a referral. The team called, asked questions and scheduled an appointment early in the morning. They actually arrived 15 minutes early. The job was complicated. The team reviewed the issues and came back with a detailed list and the expense. They provided alternatives and offered us choices. They began the work immediately, picked up anything needed (new hoses) and completed both jobs same day within hours. The team was very courteous, clean and cautious. We consider the cost very worth it. We now have peace of mind. It now looks professional and safe. We are very grateful and highly recommend the NexGen team. Thank you.

Had a issue with a leaking pipe fitting that need replacing. NexGen came out quickly. The team were very kind and professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. The price was surprisingly good despite the fast emergent service. I have replaced them as my new plumber of choice and provided their number to my kids for their homes as well. Great job!

Very glad these guys are around. Had a plumbing problem and they were able to send someone out the same morning. Unlike a lot of contractors I've worked with recently, they told me there was no charge to send someone out, and they'd provide the estimate when there. The cost was very reasonable. Phil is great, super cool guy and we liked him immediately. Seems like he loves what he does and takes it very seriously. Asked about another, bigger job I needed done while Phil was here, and he gave me a quote and an available time the following week. The quote was higher than one I'd gotten from another company, but I went with NexGen for that too because it had been a great experience with them (both Phil, and Callie at the office who scheduled the call). They did that job for me the following week and I'm very happy with it. I can't say enough good things about them, and am happy to know that I know a good plumber should I ever need one again. And I can't stress enough how thankful I am for the reasonable price: over the years, I've worked with contractors who have not only charged to send a truck out, but also included insane markup. These guys aren't like that. They helped me out when I needed them, and didn't gouge me.

I had a broken hot water pipe under my kitchen floor. Phil and Matt were awesome doing the repair. We elected to replace water lines instead of repairing pipe. They did a great job. They truly care about their work. It's good to deal with a honest contractor who does what's best for the homeowner. And they throughly clean up afterwards.
