Now Plumbing is exceptional and they stand behind all of their work. I had concerns about my fireplace after not using it for several months after they serviced it. They came out free of charge just to make sure it was still safe to operate. Greg, the manager, goes out of his way to provide exceptional, caring and professional service. They also take extra care to keep my house as clean as they have found it.

Now Plumbing has been the Best to work with. From there Customer Service, Awesome Install Team Greg, Joe very knowledgeable at there Trade. Pleasent and Professional. Installed a new H20 water tank , Helped design a new custom fireplace insert. Would not use anyone else. Thanks guys!

Absolutely phenomenal work and customer service. Total transparency with pricing. I still cannot believe how much they got done in a few hours. Water heater replacement, water softener installation, RO installation, faucet and valve installs as well. Very respectful while working and answered all questions before, during and after the process.

Outstanding experience. I contacted the company and spoke with Mike, who listened carefully as I described the fireplace issue. He asked several thoughtful questions and helped me resolve the problem immediately—without any mention of a service visit. He then took additional time to offer safety recommendations and guidance for future use of the fireplace. This level of professionalism and courtesy, especially at 5 p.m. on a Friday, was sincerely appreciated. Now Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Joe and Mercy came and explained how to fix my non functioning fireplace. Joe listened to me as I explained what was happening. He gave me options with pricing. They had all the equipment to take care of the issues today.They put plastic everywhere and there was no dirt when they were done. After 2 hrs I have a beautiful flame and it is so much cleaner with new rocks and refurbished grate. Now it’s one click on the wall switch and I never have to worry about a pilot light again! Thank you Joe and Mercy.

The service was excellent. Very professional, thorough and caring. Had again line leak and due to age replaced the entire line to our Barbecue. Joe, Mercy and the entire team were spot on. We feel safe and now can use our fas barbecue sorry free. Thank you
