I had a kitchen faucet replacement and toilet repair project. Mike was very responsive and provided good communication throughout. His worker, Gus, was very thorough and conscientious about cleaning up and leaving things looking perfect. I’d definitely use On Point again.

Great experience with On Point! When I called Mike immediately took my call and said he could come over the next day. Mike came , assessed the issue with my main sewer in the basement and fixed it that day. Great experience! Thanks Mike! Gotta mention his crew as well, they were great to work with! Good people!

I was very pleased at how quickly Mike was able to replace my old water heater. It was at a rental I own so I wanted to make sure my tenant had hot water as soon as possible. Mike made that happen. He also did it at a very reasonable rate. Mike gave me a verbal quote on the phone and stuck to it even after he had to replace the expansion chamber. He could have increased the price after adding that to job but he did not. I plan on using him for other plumbing jobs that come up both at my home as well as my rental. I have and plan on recommending him to all of my family and friends. Mike is someone you can trust to get the job done right!

Had an emergency leak and no water on Saturday. Spoke to Mike the owner, and he arranged to have Gus come out today (Mother Day). Gus trouble shooted the leak and had me up and running again in about 1 1/2 hours. Gus was kind and professional and you could tell he took a great deal of pride in his work. Mike the owner was professional and very understanding about the situation. Mike took my call while on the way home from church with his family. Looked at photos I sent him and told me how Gus would fix the issue. Above and beyond personalized service. Highly recommend On Point plumbing and will use them again when the time comes. Give Mike and Gus a shot you won't be disappointed.

We had a great experience with this company! Our water heater broke. The team was able to come the same day and do a full replacement and fix a leaking pipe for a reasonable price. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
