I contacted this company to inspect my propane grill due to a suspected leak and to provide an estimate for my indoor fireplace. The technician advised that the issue was a faulty propane tank and recommended replacing it. After he left, I found out he had left both propane valves open for the grill and fireplace, which I promptly turned off. Upon replacing the tank and attempting to use the grill the next day, it exploded, causing significant damage to the grill and surrounding area, and resulting in burns to my beard, hair, and legs. I am fortunate to have survived. When I reported the incident, the company avoided my calls, claiming they were in meetings, and denied responsibility, stating there was no written record regarding the grill, despite my having written documentation from the initial inquiry. Additionally, although the estimate was supposed to be free, the technician attempted to charge me $83, which I refused. The general manager eventually informed me that, after consulting with the owner, they would not take any action. This company’s negligence and lack of accountability are deeply concerning.
