I initially contacted them to repair a complicated section of stack pipe in my south Philly basement, and was so impressed with their work I had them come back to fully replace my hot/cold supply lines that had started to show signs of corrosion. I was very impressed with how responsive and professional Brad and his team were. They do outstanding work at a fair price, and stand by their work. I had a minor issue come up with one connection and they were out the next day to make it right. They will definitely be my go to for any additional plumbing work I have in the future, can’t recommend them enough.

Brad has done a few projects for my company and myself personally. Otto’s plumbing is extremely punctual and honest. They keep a schedule and are one of the only trades I don’t have to worry about when I hire them. 10/10 would/will hire again.

We had a water leak on our hot water heater and we worried the job was going to cost a fortune. Will and Josh came in and had a fix in place and about 30 minutes without any mess or fuss. They were both extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They handled working around our pets well too. I highly recommend Otto’s Plumbing to anybody for all their home plumbing needs. They scheduled us quickly and resolved our situation the same day. Give this small business a chance and they will earn your business for a lifetime.

Otto's just became my go to plumbing company. I submitted the request last night and Destiny quickly responded with an appointment for today. Garrett showed up ON TIME and was super friendly and informative! He made sure I was comfortable with each decision made and showed me how the original issue arose. I am truly appreciative of his expertise and character. Will definitely be using them again!!

Had a clog in the main house drain, called Otto's they came over within 30 min had everything fixed and cleaned up within a hour. Outstanding service. Super fast and very clean definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

I contacted Otto’s this morning with an issue that I thought may need a plumbers hand due to a stripped screw. When I called they assured me I could save their service fee if I followed their instructions. I did and they were RIGHT! More often than not, places always try to take advantage of those that have less knowledge. Otto’s did exactly the opposite. They gave me advice and would not accept any form of payment even though I insisted, I will definitely be using Otto’s for all my plumbing needs in the future.
