He re-piped everything with plenty of shut-off valves in our utility area where we have our water heaters and water softeners and also ran two new water lines made of PEX to fridge water line valves that fit into wall recessed points behind each fridge, instead of using that cheap vinyl tubing that ended up leaking and causing a lot of damage. The second was a simple water heater replacement. We have two water heaters and he replaced one the first time he was here, but I kept the secondary unit running because it was still operational. It went out, so I called Kody and he came out and replaced it the same day.

We had Kody come out to put some new toilets in and change our kitchen faucet as well. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. Before he did anything that would require additional work or time, he talked it over with us first and explain why it had to change before doing it.
