Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. Truly they are a professional team. We had a water softener installed, and then an RO system in the kitchen, with an added-on alkalizer to remineralize the water, and we also got a couple bathroom faucets replaced. I loved the thoughtfulness and personalities of the skilled tradespeople who did the work as well as the sales contact Paul, who initially came to give us a quote, who also used to be an installer himself. They seem like a good culture and I felt great about them being in my home & giving them my business. My scaredy-cat, who always runs & hides from everyone, even lounged on the floor in the middle of the living room while they walked around him in their shoes with the shoe-cover sleeves on. Which was also a nice thoughtful add. If this reads like I’m a salesperson for them, I’m not, but that’s because I actually sell professional services in the technology industry. I’m a Director of Service Sales & I believe in everyone providing great services for each other! I don’t want our culture to come to expect mediocre, crummy experiences. So I make a point to celebrate and champion great services wherever I cross it.

Parker and Sons arrived within an hour on a Friday evening a day after Christmas. The technician, Elijah, quickly diagnosed our problem. He walked me through what was wrong and scheduled us for a new panel installation. He was up front with us about pricing and what to expect as it was a pricey repair. Ultimately, when the day came for the new panel installation we paid less than what we were originally given for a quote. Thank you, Elijah, Brandon, and Parker and Sons for helping us so promptly with great service and a quality installation. These type things never happen at a good time and you made it easier considering the circumstances of the holiday weekend.

We called to have Parker & Sons repair the shower system installed with our bathroom remodel. They were able to see us the same day with only a 2 hour window. Alayna Chavez Was sent and listened patiently to the issue we were experiencing. She explained the options, called the manufacturer, removed all of our shower and vanity items to protect from dust, Carefully cut through the tile and cement board, and there it was plumbed incorrectly ! Alayna correctly re plumbed the valve with professional fittings, turned the water back on to confirm the repair and that the shower now does work properly. Sealed up the exposed wall where the tile was removed. Alayna left our bathroom cleaner than when she arrived. A complete professional.. knowledgeable efficient and a darn good plumber. We should have called Parker & Sons to do the plumbing in the first place as they are now our first call.
