Absolutely fantastic experience with these folks. Truly they are a professional team. We had a water softener installed, and then an RO system in the kitchen, with an added-on alkalizer to remineralize the water, and we also got a couple bathroom faucets replaced. I loved the thoughtfulness and personalities of the skilled tradespeople who did the work as well as the sales contact Paul, who initially came to give us a quote, who also used to be an installer himself. They seem like a good culture and I felt great about them being in my home & giving them my business. My scaredy-cat, who always runs & hides from everyone, even lounged on the floor in the middle of the living room while they walked around him in their shoes with the shoe-cover sleeves on. Which was also a nice thoughtful add. If this reads like I’m a salesperson for them, I’m not, but that’s because I actually sell professional services in the technology industry. I’m a Director of Service Sales & I believe in everyone providing great services for each other! I don’t want our culture to come to expect mediocre, crummy experiences. So I make a point to celebrate and champion great services wherever I cross it.

Parker and Sons arrived within an hour on a Friday evening a day after Christmas. The technician, Elijah, quickly diagnosed our problem. He walked me through what was wrong and scheduled us for a new panel installation. He was up front with us about pricing and what to expect as it was a pricey repair. Ultimately, when the day came for the new panel installation we paid less than what we were originally given for a quote. Thank you, Elijah, Brandon, and Parker and Sons for helping us so promptly with great service and a quality installation. These type things never happen at a good time and you made it easier considering the circumstances of the holiday weekend.

We called to have Parker & Sons repair the shower system installed with our bathroom remodel. They were able to see us the same day with only a 2 hour window. Alayna Chavez Was sent and listened patiently to the issue we were experiencing. She explained the options, called the manufacturer, removed all of our shower and vanity items to protect from dust, Carefully cut through the tile and cement board, and there it was plumbed incorrectly ! Alayna correctly re plumbed the valve with professional fittings, turned the water back on to confirm the repair and that the shower now does work properly. Sealed up the exposed wall where the tile was removed. Alayna left our bathroom cleaner than when she arrived. A complete professional.. knowledgeable efficient and a darn good plumber. We should have called Parker & Sons to do the plumbing in the first place as they are now our first call.

Dave at Parker & Sons was AMAZING!! we had several mom and Pop plumbers. Come out to tell us what was wrong and charges for different jobs and still the job did not get fixed. When contacting Parker & Sons I figured it was best to get a corporate bigger company out to give me their opinion and price. Yes, It was not a cheap repair but at this point, whatever it took to get it fixed was important. Dave took his time did everything very neat was absolutely cleaned and explained every step every detail. I would definitely call and schedule with Parker & Sons again and my request will always be Dave!! Dave is a soul sent from heaven!!

They did an awesome job! Parker & Sons are great to work with!! The people were nice, extremely competent and knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. We had our hot water tank, water softener system, and RO systems replaced all at once. Great job… Excellent service… Highly recommend it! Appt was easy, communication was appropriate, work was done quickly after a quick trip to the supply house. Levi, our service plumber, was great. He was timely and cleaned up the area as if he hadn't been there. I do think we paid an excessive amount of money for the service, but I agreed to it. I would recommend Parker and sons, just not sure if there is some premium pricing for the time of year. Thank you!!!

I chose Parker & Sons because of their reputation as a premium contractor. That reputation did not match my experience. When my family arrived at the property after installation, we found: • Open drywall holes in the ceiling — left completely unpatched despite the fact that I paid extra specifically for drywall work as part of this job • Exposed wiring hanging from the ceiling openings • Wall marks and scuffs throughout the unit • Dust and debris everywhere • Equipment and materials left inside the condo • The garage left in complete disarray — we couldn't park a car The only communication I received was a single text message saying they were "wrapping up." No walkthrough. No completion confirmation. My family arrived for a vacation stay thinking this was done and walked into this. Within one week of installation the master bedroom unit completely shut down because the condensation drain completely shut down. Management made promise after promise, but has still not called back with any solutions to make this right.

The electrician was knowlegable and detailed in his explanations which helped us better understand what needed to be done. He went over-and-above to complete a much needed installation and worked late into the evening completing it. I was surpried that Parker & Sons did not have smoke detectors on their trucks. We needed one put up and we needed them to install it because we have vaulted ceilings and we can't Now we must buy them at home depot and ask them to come back. Look up at the fan and then to the left for a round smoke detector to see why we needed them to have smoke detectors on their trucks.

Way too expensive to replace two taps and a water down spout on leaking bathtub valves! I pointed the teck to the leak he said he needed to do a $350.00 leak location again I pointed him to the leak hearing water flowing in the wall by the bathtub! He went to the water meter went to the side faucet went to the water heater and then back to the bathtub 5 minutes cost $350.00. He returned from the store with two never bales a down spout and two cooper connectors he installed them in 15 minutes and charged over $2,300.00 absolute insane rip off! I would never call or recommend them to anyone! They charge like a brain surgeon absolutely insane! Don’t ever call them to do anything Parker and Son is a ripe off organization! Gabor Zolna
