I’ll do it myself next time, the cost was 576 for 2 outlets to be made flush with the walls, one to be rewired. 1994 cavco. Neither are flush, and exchange a GFI breaker. Rewire a light above the bathroom sink. I’m appalled at this amount and did not hold back letting him know. ( in a nice way.) later was told by neighbors about the sales and up sales with Parker & Co and to ask them next time for a great company reasonably priced! . If I’m going to be dumb enough, It’s my fault! It’ll only happen once! The tactics are Epic! Get them here, we need the work done, I could have said no let me get another bid. Send em packing. We forget sometimes who is important.

I was at Home Depot last week and saw kiosk advertising HVAC Annual Maintenance for $49. I was planning to get this done anyway, so I decided to give them a try. I'm very happy that I did! The tech, Steven, was prompt and organized, and it was easy to see that he knew what he was doing. He found one problem right off, my compressor motor was leaking grease. He brought it to my attention and told me that I shouldn't worry as my unit was still under warranty. He predicted that it would probably fail before the warranty expired and advised me to wait it out. The new parts would then be covered by the manufacturer when it failed, all I'd have to pay would be the cost of the service call. He also recommended that I get a "soft start" capacitor installed. He said it would help my unit to last longer. I chose to defer that until the motor failed, leaving the unit "as built" to assure that the warranty would not be voided. I feel that I got great service at a more-than fair price. Be sure to look them up when you are at Home Depot to get the best price.

We had a new AC unit installed August 6th. On September 5th we had a rain storm. As a result, our AC unit quit working. They sent out a tech and said nothing was wrong with the unit. He did say that there might of been a power surge and we needed to buy a surge protector for $400, which was not offered to us when we bought the unit. Today September 19th, again the unit is not working. We are paying over $19,000 for a unit that keeps going down when it rains. I would like to have a unit, that would keep working, like our old one, especially since it brand new and we paying so much for it. My wife has ben told a supervisor would call us back, that never happened. I had to reach out multiple times to get a supervisor to talk to me and never got a resolution. Amendment to this review, switching from a 1 star to 4. The technicians they had come out to help were very friendly but they had to come out 5 or 6 times (lost count) but they were persistent in getting our A/C unit fixed. We ended up having a surge protector put on it and had to get a new fan motor put on it and it has been working since. Thank you for fixing the issue. We still never heard from a supervisor but they did send technicians out to fix our issue. Thank you for getting this fixed, fingers crossed keeps working and no issues.
