Parley Plumbing was prompt and pleasant. They performed quickly with no disruption to our daily routine. Their diagnostic skills were superior to our other quotes. They left the place clean and tidy. I am having them back for a new heater /AC and water heart. Their quote was20% lower than the bigger company quote, with better equipment.

Porter and Mason did an excellent job of removing our dust collector recirculation system. It used to be routed back into the building and they capped it off and removed all the exposed ducting and vented it to the outside. Their work was professional and very efficient. I highly recommend them and the company. They are always the lowest priced and do excellent work as James has done in the past.

Our plumber Isaac did a great job installing a water heater at my sister's condo. He obviously cares a lot about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Parley's Plumbing has great customer service. If there's not someone available right away to talk to you, they always get back to you. That in itself is very valuable! Update: 12-18-25. Parley's Plumbing did such a great job with my sister's water heater installation, I decided to have them do some work on my house. They replaced my old tank-style water heater with a new tankless water heater and... replaced all of my old steel water pipes with new Pex lines. James and Russell did a great job. They did it quickly and with very professional service. The installation looks great! In the middle of the tankless water heater installation, we decided to replace the furnace and change from a roof-mounted swamp cooler to a central air system. Parley's lead HVAC tech, Mason was great and very knowledgeable. His assistant Zachary was awesome! Furnace and AC look great. Haven't used AC yet, but the furnace is a very nice improvement over my old furnace. I can't say enough about this company. They were honest, reliable, responsive and did quality work at a fair price.

This is the second time I’ve had parleys ppm do an inspection of my furnace and I will call them again for any other services I need. They are so easy to communicate with. They were prompt, professional and there was no pressure about replacing anything. In fact, mason told me my furnace was in great shape!
