Honestly, it has been a wonderful experience working with the people at Patriotic plumbing and rooter. Patriotic plumbing and rooter isn’t your standard plumbing company. They make sure all needs are met with any customer. They are my go-to plumbing company. Literally every contact point is awesome: phone, text, email and of course the plumbers themselves. They're quick to respond, reasonably priced, clean and professional. Never any surprises. They're up front about the work and explain everything before making a fix. I'll continue to use them as I have been for years.

Matt came by at the end of the day to check a water pressure issue I was having between my sink and dishwasher. Patient, helpful, checked my water heater pressure. Noticed my valve under the sink was half open, simple cause to all the pressure issues between my kitchen sink and dishwasher. Didn't charge me a thing for the time I wasted him. I'll be calling Patriotic for all my real problems in the future. Excellent service, personable, quick, and honest.

David arrived at my home to install a new water softener and did an amazing job. I explained I have crazy OCD and it needs to look a certain way, he said no problem and went to work. Scheduling was easy, and the work was performed in a few hours. When i need plumbing, drain or sewer work in the future I’d have no problem calling them or referring them to my Queen Creek neighbors.

I called Patriotic Plumbing to take a look at some simple plumbing issues I had. Going off the reviews, they seemed to be very good. When the inspection started, it didn't take long for them to let me know there was a very large problem at hand. My plumbing was over 50 years old and the pipes had begun to deteriorate to a degree that I needed a complete replacement of my plumbing system. Throughout the process, the people that helped me out were fantastic. Very accommodating during the 2 weeks they were working on my house. The showed up on time every day and worked extremely hard while they were there, completing the project in the amount of time they initially quoted me. When the job was complete, I came back to a clean house despite the amount of work they did inside. I'm very happy that I went with Patriotic Plumbing for the job and will be using them again in the future!

We had been dealing with an ongoing gnat problem in our home and finally decided to call Patriot Plumbing. Robert Ayala was the technician who responded, and I honestly could not have been more impressed with the level of service we received. Instead of just treating the symptoms or offering a quick fix, Robert took a very thorough and holistic approach to identifying the actual source of the issue. He spent the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and walk us through several possible solutions. What I really appreciated was that the solutions he recommended were practical, scalable, and affordable. At no point did we feel pressured into unnecessary work or upsold on things we didn’t need. Robert focused on solving the root cause while also being respectful of our budget and concerns. His supervisor, Eric, also came out and worked alongside him to help resolve the problem, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about getting everything handled correctly. The teamwork, professionalism, and overall customer service were outstanding from start to finish. We are extremely grateful for all of their efforts and would absolutely recommend Patriot Plumbing, Robert Ayala, and Eric to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional plumbing service.

I had a plumbing problem pop up today and went online to look for a company that was trust worthy and professional. I found it in Patriotic Plumbing and there scheduler Breanna. She sent Aaron out within an hour. My expectation was to get an evaluation and price. What I didn't expect was the job to get done. Which it did. All in a matter of 2.5 hrs. Aaron was awesome. He went and got the parts needed and completed job and was very professional. It was Friday afternoon and I expected to get an appointment scheduled for next week not a completed job on Friday. I found my plumbing company along with Aaron and will be using them in the future. Thank you Patriotic Plumbing and Aaron.
