Andrew was able to fix the mistake of another company when he pulled the toilet and removed riser flange which was not correctly installed and not for this style flange. Installed Oatey repair flange with insert. Secured to sub floor. Reset toilet with new wax with horn and bolts. He identified this issue immediately and saved us from very costly water damage.
