This company deserves more stars! I’ve had them out twice and I don’t think they could be more friendly or more fair. Had to get a new water heater most recently and they were able to do a same day visit. The water heater was still under warranty, which was very unexpected, they would not have had to tell me that and I would never have known if they told me I needed to buy a new one. Saved me quite a bit of money. I have also had great people come out! Highly recommend!!

Great experience both times I’ve had Tyler out - first to fix my gas water heater, then later to fix a toilet. They’re always reliable, knowledgeable, communicative, and answer my many questions in a super clear and helpful way. I’ve learned more about plumbing and maintenance from Tyler than probably any tech I’ve had. Definitely recommend!

I had a minor plumbing emergency on a day. I was leaving town. I called Phend Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. Tanner was polite, quick, and fixed the toilet in a matter of minutes. I was grateful he was prepared by having parts available on his truck and knew exactly what to do. I appreciate the fair and budget friendly pricing too! I know who will “Phend” for me in all plumbing matters from now on!

First time using Phend Plumbing and cannot say enough nice things about my experience. Called on a Sunday for emergency service for shutoff valve leaking and only way to stop water was to turn off main house valve. Phend had a plumber (Tyler) out promptly and he was very polite and explained I needed shut off valves replaced. Tyler gave me the price for the repairs. Turned out the repairs involved more work than expected, but Phend Plumbing honored the original estimate. This told me that this company is very honest and they truly seemed to appreciate their customers. I highly recommend Phend Plumbing, and sincerely appreciate how hard working Tyler was. He takes pride in his work and it showed. I will absolutely use Phend Plumbing in the future as it was top notch every step of the way.
