It was a relief to speak directly with the owner, Jason, who took my call twice and made me feel comfortable with the situation. He promptly came out, and I appreciated receiving a confirmation email with his photo for easy identification upon arrival. Jason was professional, polite, and thorough in locating a slow leak. He arranged for a technician to complete the repair the following day. Impressively, he reversed the emergency service fee since the work wasn't performed that night. The team ensured the fix was operational, cleaned up the site, and handled billing efficiently via email. Very happy with our service. Arrived on time, completed the assessment of the problem with our water supply. The guys were able to track down and remedy the problem with debris shutting down our water to the kitchen sink. Cleaned all the shower heads and faucets of debris. Didn’t know our hot water tank should be flushed but glad they mentioned that as well. Will definitely keep Pine Creek Plumbing on my speed dial for my next plumbing issue, because we know there will be one!

We found a pinhole leak early on Saturday morning. We were so worried about it. We called Pine Creek Plumbing and Antonio showed up in 30 minutes. He handled the job quickly and did a great job. We were so incredibly relieved. We would definitely call them again.

Colin was very polite and professional, patiently answering my many questions about the procedures he was using and the possibilities as to what was going on. I watched him work and he shared with me what he was discovering along the way, explaining what the camera was showing and what he was able to remove from the pipes. Before starting, he advised me that if certain parts needed to be replaced, that would be extra, and then showed me those parts (which did not need to be replaced) as he encountered them. He referred us to another company regarding a possible broken pipe outdoors as their company does not have the equipment to examine such things. It was disappointing to not have been told that prior to setting up the appointment, but we did have the other, indoor issue, which they were able to address and resolve. Colin also came outside to the pool house with me to see whether the problem would be apparent to him. The company is great with frequent communication. I even texted at 8:00 am prior to a previous appointment and was responded to immediately, and easily rescheduled to another day. I don't have any other quotes to compare to what we paid, which was $907 for the removal of the toilet and snaking of the toilet and shower drain. If that is a reasonable charge, I would definitely use the company again as it was all very pleasant dealings and I feel more knowledgable about our system as a result of my education from Colin. This is an amendment. I may have misunderstood that the initial quote included snaking the shower as well, but when I discovered that was left still clogged, the owner, Jason, came back and did the additional work for no additional charge. He also showed us photos of the insides of the pipes and recommended having them scraped (in the future) for an additional charge. Overall, very pleasant to deal with everyone in the company.

We are very pleased with the work and service we received. They were knowledgeable, professional, and personable and worked diligently and efficiently to install our new tankless water heater and all venting required. As always, communication and scheduling prior to the job was easy and excellent. We will definitely continue to use Pine Creek Plumbing.
