Pipe Doctor Plumbing Heating and Drains

With the bitter cold we ended up with a frozen waste pipe. Bryan came in and worked tirelessly til he got it cleared and then addressed an issue we had with our tub drain. We were very pleased with everything!

These guys are great. It's hard to find someone that picks up the phone when you call these days and they always do. When cold temps hit, I called them on several different occasions both during and after hours, and not once did I get an answering machine to leave a message. They answered the phone, offered to come out immediately but we were able to wait until morning. They responded first thing in the morning and they were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issues quickly. We even discovered a problem with the plumbing that could have been a much bigger problem in the future had they not caught it for us. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to deal with. I will deffinitely keep their phone number handy for future plumbing needs!

Brian arrived within the half hour of my call. Outstanding friendly service, a fair price and had my water back running in no time! I can’t say enough good things about the experience from start to finish.
