With the bitter cold we ended up with a frozen waste pipe. Bryan came in and worked tirelessly til he got it cleared and then addressed an issue we had with our tub drain. We were very pleased with everything!

These guys are great. It's hard to find someone that picks up the phone when you call these days and they always do. When cold temps hit, I called them on several different occasions both during and after hours, and not once did I get an answering machine to leave a message. They answered the phone, offered to come out immediately but we were able to wait until morning. They responded first thing in the morning and they were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issues quickly. We even discovered a problem with the plumbing that could have been a much bigger problem in the future had they not caught it for us. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to deal with. I will deffinitely keep their phone number handy for future plumbing needs!

We were having problems with our upstairs toilet & didn't know who to call. So I looked on the internet & came across The Pipe Doctor & saw that they had a 5 star rating so I thought we would give them a try. I am so glad We did. They were fantastic from start to finish. Brian put a new toilet in for us and it didn't even take him an hour. He was very polite & efficient with his work. I would definitely call these guys again.

Being new to the area can be a challenge when things go wrong in the home. I called the Pipe Doctor because of their 5-star rating and let me be clear, there is a reason that they have a 5- star rating. Fantastic immediate service, extremely knowledgeable and follow up afterwards. I've found my plumber and HVAC company.

We’ve had several plumbers over the past three years since moving here, and none of those experiences were great until The Pipe Doctor. They returned our voicemail within 10 minutes, which immediately impressed us. Communication was excellent throughout, and although it wasn’t an emergency, they were able to come out within two days and kept us updated on timing. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had all the necessary tools and supplies on hand (something we’ve struggled with past plumbers). He showed us exactly what the issue was, fixed it, explained how to prevent it in the future, and cleaned up well afterward. Pricing was more than fair. We would absolutely use The Pipe Doctor again and highly recommend them.

Brian is the nicest plumber. He answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand it. He was polite and considerate and took his time. His helper John was also really great. Price was fair and it was a pleasure to have had them install a new water heater and toilet for me and get everything up to par in my new house. Would 10/10 recommend. If I owned this company I would give Brian a giant bonus for being so awesome.

Pipe Doctor came to my home to replace the kitchen and bathroom fawcetts. They also replaced the shower system and tolit. Brian and Bobby did an amazing job. They ran into some existing problems but solved them with both grace and patience. Their job was top quality from start to finish.
