Pittsburgh’s Best Plumbing HVAC recently changed out our hot water heater. Tim and Drew arrived on time and dressed professionally! The installation went great. I asked them if they had time to look at something in my bathtub, which they fixed in two minutes! Absolutely a great experience! I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing / HVAC work. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The dispatch had a team to my house in 3 hours. The guys were very polite and friendly. Asked questions to help the zero in on the problem rather than charge me to explore. They fixed the clog I called about and identified another issue and fixed that as well. Will call again. 10/10.

Plus: they are able to make quick appointments through their relay service and maybe solve simple issues. Minus: They drop off the face of the earth— especially when you call them for an appointment weeks later for complete unit failure that they just serviced.
