Today Steve and his crew completed the job and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience - fast, expert, thorough, careful, reasonable, and oh so kind and respectful. I'm thrilled to know the folks at Platinum are available 24/7.

Platinum is my go to any time we have any issues in our home. We’ve had technicians come out for both plumbing and heating issues and they have been fantastic. Not only do they come out quickly, they are so professional and don’t try to oversell you. The prices are very fair. Our technician Will today was prompt, friendly and explained the issue with our furnace in a way that made it easy to understand. I felt extremely comfortable having him in our home which is very important to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

He showed me how loose fixtures were allowing water to penetrate behind the wall and trickle down. He answered every question I had and fixed the root cause perfectly.
