Yesterday Steve at Platinum Plumbing came to my home. It was the fourth company to give me a quote on a major home plumbing/sewer repair - and that's the quote I went with. Platinum is my go to any time we have any issues in our home. We’ve had technicians come out for both plumbing and heating issues and they have been fantastic. Not only do they come out quickly, they are so professional and don’t try to oversell you. The prices are very fair. Our technician Will today was prompt, friendly and explained the issue with our furnace in a way that made it easy to understand. I felt extremely comfortable having him in our home which is very important to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

Their commitment to protecting my home and their top-notch customer service did not disappoint. I called regarding spotty water stains on my first-floor ceiling. My technician, Mike, was clearly a master of his craft. I was convinced the drain pipe was leaking, but Mike’s experience told him otherwise. He showed me how loose fixtures were allowing water to penetrate behind the wall and trickle down. He answered every question I had and fixed the root cause perfectly. Fair pricing, expert diagnosis, and total respect for my home. I highly recommend Mike and the Platinum team!

Platinum Plumbing is a reliable choice every time for any plumbing, heating and A/C needs. I also had them replace my outdated water softener. My latest issue with a leaking toilet was quickly cared for by Ethan. He was detailed in what was going to be done initially based on his inspection. Then Ethan clearly explained what was causing the issue and the additional work that was needed to correct. We are completely satisfied for the corrective work done by Platinum for the plumber who installed the bathroom and toilet almost two years ago. Sean and his team were fantastic. Our furnace fan died and his team was able to come out diagnose the problem and then gave me options for repairs or replacement. My unit was older, as was the hot water heater, so I chose replacement. They offered a bundle price and installation the next day since they were able. They were professional, quick, and provided a great price. I can't recommend them enough!

We always get superior service from Platinum Plumbing. Our technician Will Morrison came out for our heater’s maintenance check, and he was very helpful. We always feel extremely happy with the efficient and thorough process that’s provided. Also, we learn a lot about our heater and how to keep it working properly. Excellence Embodied by Platinum We had a Bradford White gas combi-bolier installed in early March. The Platinum service team, including Sean Mills, was thorough, professional and expertly prepared to explain the required process and install the system. The absolute star in this transaction was Elizabeth, who coordinated and applied for a PECO rebate on our behalf. We received a $1,000.00 rebate in the mail with no effort on our part! I originally became a Platinum Plumbing customer about seven years ago, and I've found everyone there to be friendly and knowledgeable. We've probably had at least five service calls over the years for different reasons, ranging from tubs to toilets to drains. The service has always been prompt and efficient, with reasonable prices.
